You guys don't seem to understand the nature of the problem. The ico funds are locked up and aren't being spent on the project. This isn't the sort of problem that just goes hidden causing future issues. The entire project is basically on hold waiting for Gevers to be thrown out on his ass so funding towards dev can be spent.
Imagine hiring an accountant and giving him power of attorney over your assets, then you catch him trying to steal and he responds by locking up your assets and telling you to go pound sand. This situation at least on the surface looks kind of like that.
Just looking at this from an outsiders pov, I think Gevers should be jailed. Admittedly there may be things I'm not aware or don't understand because I'm not close to the situation. I wish the investigators would hurry up and issue their findings so this can move forward

1) Arthur said that funding development is approved from the foundation and will be paid out. However, no numbers known!

2) Gevers not have any control of the money, of course there is a security in place that doesn't give control of the funds to only 1 person.

I agree greedy Gevers needs to go and he he will go.

What are you correcting me on? bottom line is no ico funds have been spent on dev in 4 months all because of the 3 person council, who Gevers is the head of, not allowing it. Is my understanding of this wrong?

from latest dev update Arthur said 2 new devs have been hired last week and project moving forward,testnet been running for sometime now so we have a product,I agree Gevers giving himself a bonus seems strange and would seem his valuation of said bonus was undervalued from what it was really worth,the dev team have moved to new offices last week and everything I see is positive,so much fud flying around at moment plus that ambulance chasing solicitor looking to drum up distrust for his class action law suit,project has been put back 8 weeks not the end of the world

On that basis I also invested and now in current situation best for everyone to coll down and let the thing become more clear. I assume that it will not stay for long time in uncertain situation because there are millions of dollars investment in this. I will prefer to wait before thinking at anything.

I think he's talking about the futures.. But anyway, I think the worst had already happened, and while it's sad we got pushed more months... Nothing we can really do about it . So we better wait for February and see.

When he says, he EXPECTS this, this is not a guarantee, just like when they were announcing the sale, they said it was possible that the Tezzies would ready in ABOUT 4 months. It seems to me that their is a lot of people either borrowing to invest in the crypto world or just plain think they are going to be rich over night.

If you are now in a rush to sell your Tezzies, I think you need to really spend some time asking yourself, why did you pay BTC ETC to this project. If you can't wait 4 or 5 more months or even 6 months, you should not be buying any of these things. NONE of them. Not ICO AND not BTC or anything else in this domain. Its not for you. You will always be selling at the wrong time and buying at the wrong time.

You should be buying GICs. Anybody knows in business things ALWAYS don't go the way you think its going to go.

But if you need a little encouragement, STOP READING THE BS that comes out of 50% of the BTC "journalists", stop looking at the price every single day and set it in your heart to hold them for 3 years.

Yes, I hope the project gets some funding at least or reach their minimum...ROFL...The crowdsale was over some time ago and all are waiting for the token launch to happen, the date for release is not yet known.

It's not as bad as it seems though, there are still 2 other board members who can kick him out and approve funding. The problem is just that the foundation has been lagging on funding speed because of all this infighting. 

But legally they can't use that money for luxury yachts or anything, only things to promote growth of tezos.  Gevers needs to stop being so short sighted and trying to get paid out so quickly and work to grow the actual value of tezos.

Definitely a scam, they used 50 millions usd for equity and stock investment, why they use our fund to invest? They will not pay dividends. Tezos is not capital or fund, it is violating the laws.

The fund is to give to companies who want to build projects on Tezos, not investing in random things.  It's purely to help grow the tezos ecosystem and is a good idea. 

It's basically to help people get funding for Tezos based startups.

Nice talk my friend, most people spread FUD for a reason, either to crash the price to pick them up at dead cheap price or spread the FUD to kill the project.

I know TEZOS cannot be killed with FUD. FUD will only make it stronger. I believe in tezos and will never dump my stake because of some cheap FUD, I would rather bake them with a dedicated delegate in order to have more Tezzies and I will buy more from weak hands if they ever dump it.
