A possible ending for this project with order by SEC to return the money to investors. There is not even a single good news but uncertainties and question mark on the future of this project. These things have scared of of future ICO's where people also suffer to see team fighting over funds. But i hope they will deliver the early release soon.

Specially because they will feel threatened by the SEC. With pressure, they are obligated to deliver the product.

why are u spreading FUD? There is no SEC involvement and Tezos is on track to launch as promised,perhaps you can post a link to information about your claim but I doubt it since your talking rubbish

I just wish that they deliver an amazing product with all that money raised! I invested some myslef because they have an amazing team! to bad what is happening right now with all the legal issues! They should update the roadmap and their website it is really bad! They should work in bouilding a strong community too!

With such a huge amount of money they got, I don't think anything should be on 'us'.

They're website is horrible, they're blog's last post is from May 29th, they're facebook's last post is from September 30th, I can't find a telegram channel or slack!
They have to work on building a community, It is not up to us if they don't do anything about it!

I agree, they must do social interaction with investors. All that money and they choose to remain in the shadows.

im in Riot channel everyday and great tezos community there with links to other tezos community website and groups,there are many and Arthur/Kathleen post in Riot channel most days

Where is this Riot channel? Can you share a link or something? I have been looking and I can't find anything. It really looks like they want to remain in the shadow! they really need to work more with the community, update their facebook constantly, telegram, slack, website, etc! c'mon!!

This is what I just saw now on ethbooks project on the forum, where it was funded with 40kETH and the team has disappeared for a month without any update.A lot of new projects with good ideas either turn out a scam or get screwed by their team.

True, but on the other hand development takes time. I agree that communication and regular updates are important (like a two weekly update or at least a monthly update or something) but I get that there's not necessarily something to tell every week.

If you funding this project, waiting a year wouldn't even be an issue.    Everyone is just "upset" they didn't hold on to their BTC for the run up and feel like they missed out.   Guess what?   That is what you signed up for.

Agreed we have been receiving biweekly updates for months Arthur has done last 2 dev update himself and talk with community everyday on Riot channel and I believe he’s active on other channels also,there are many active tezos groups with a fantastic community who all know what’s going on with project only problem is two individuals with separate lawsuits asking for there money back one had invested 1 bitcoin and other couple of ether so small amounts and this has given haters a platform to spread FUD! We have a great testnet running since months and Arthur thinks we can move straight to mainnet from there,information is readily available and before people post crap a simple google search will give you all information you need with links to join tezos groups and become part of community,I posted Riot link couple of post up!ethereum had same problem before it launched with haters posting FUD and we are seen it here also,totally agree with post above immature impatient greedy children stamping there feet because things not happen quickly enough for them,most have no interest in tezos as a project and just waiting to flip there investment for quick profits.

Thomson Reuters Corp. which has joined the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance. They see Tezos as a feared competitor. It would not suprise me if some Ethereum investors see Tezos as a threat and try to kill the credibility of the project.

ICO is over guys. We're waiting for the launch. And we don't know when it'll be lauched.

The problem isn't these pesky lawsuits, it is the total lack of communication from the foundation members and their lack of cooperation with the team. This is the real concern.

What are you asking it seems you posted into wrong thread but if you interested to get bounty than there wonderful chance for you to make finish the all problem what is going on into dev team.

Thanks for sharing I'm glad to hear that tezos is working hard to deliver the product they promised, I'm confident that It would be an amazing one! I just fell bad about the lawsuits and all that is happening with Johann Gevers and the Brietman's. I hope everything get solved
