won't get goxxed again

Trade local bitcoins in the streets
With our children at our feet
And the fiat that they worship will be gone
And the crooks who spurred us on
Sit in judgment of all wrong
They decide and regulation sings the song

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for currency revolution
Smile and grin at the changes all around
Pay with my bitcoins today
Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get Goxxed again
Don't get Goxxed again

Change it had to come
We knew it all along
We were liberated from the fiat that's all
But the world looks just the same
Except recorded on blockchain
'Cause transactions, they're all kept in the software

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for currency revolution
Smile and grin at the changes all around
Pay with my bitcoins today
Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get Goxxed again
No, no!

I'll move myself and my rigs outside
If the CPU is left half alive
I'll solar all my juice and hash at the sky
For I know that the blockchain never dies

Do ya?

There's nothing in the street
Looks any different to me
And the exchanges are replaced, by-the-bye
Politicians on the left
And regulators on the right
Either try to understand or control our plight

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for currency revolution
Smile and grin at the changes all around
Pay with my bitcoins today
Just like yesterday
And I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get Goxxed again
No, no!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Meet the new Gox
Same as the old Gox

That or a spot of manipulation for some moar cheap coins Cool

Who knows who knows but it is exciting

They were soaked up fairly quickly so looks like there is plenty of fiat looking to buy in.

Maybe someone inside gox? Sounds easy enough:
* give yourself xx virtual $
* buy "real" coins by placing an invisible wall
* send to stamp
* sell
* wait for real $$ to arrive
* fill hole in your goxusd-account
* profit

Just shouldn't get caught.. but they don't sound like the kind of guys with good practices in employee security

Did you check the "about us"? Their biographies are exactly the same WORD BY WORD. It's like they are one person with two bodies, no unique experiences or motivations or whatever.

The more I look at the MTGox situation the more I am convinced they are in serious financial trouble. It has all the indicators of a company delaying the inevitable. By the way I find that the market valuation of MTGoxBTC in terms of BTC currently at 0.648 at https://bitcoinbuilder.com/ very high.
