why is anyone still using GOX? Just remove the coins and cash and let it crumble. There is no need for a junk exchange run by a mangina to fuck bitcoin out of existence. Everyone withdraw everything, DON'T put anything back in and tell Mark to fuck off!

ok here is something to think about, who of you use and android ? and use the same email for google account with Bitstamp? it could be a Bitcoin related APP.... I need some co-operation here, we need to know from where they've got our emails...
You're a smart one. My app/android email =/= my bitstamp email. Others? I also have the same configuration My app/android email =/= my bitstamp email we need more people to confirm this , maybe there is an APP doing this, who knows !!! Wait, what? My email of Bitstamp is *not* the same as that on my phone, and I *can* withdraw. I'm confused... you can't withdraw, right? opss sorry didnt understand the / I got it and I use the same mail. so we need to get to the source make a list of all the bitcoin related sites you're registered at using your bitstamp email address |

wouldn't be better for us and for the whole Bitcoin economy, that Gox shuts down instead of driving the price to $0? and if eventually they disappear, it won't hurt the whole network in the meanwhile... Ninja-edit: oh well, it wouldn't be that good for you guys who have money there  |

They sold because they think people will sell because bitstamp disabled withdraws. Dumps on Gox, I wonder if we'll see double digits today?  I sure hope so. I just sent ~50k to mtgox. Would be a dream come true to buy in double digit. To buy back in double digits and never be able to withdraw them again? That's what I'm betting against. Observe the masses and do the opposite. The herd is panic selling so I'm buying their panic sold coins. If I'm wrong, well, at least I will have had the odds on my side. |

Amazed by the amount of people saying they don't use 2FA.
Seriously guys, WTF? How difficult is to download Google Auth on your phone and to set up the 2FA on your exchange account?
Why do you try so hard to be the low-hanging fruit and thus to be hacked?
WHY???
I guess i'm not the only one who worries about losing the phone and doesn't really know how to keep backups of the 2FA stuff properly. Really? That's like saying that you leave the door of your house open just in case you lose your keys. Again: WTF? Backing up a 2FA token is the easiest thing in the world: when you set it up, you get a secret code in both numeric form and as a handy QR code. You just print that page, and you keep it together with your important documents. It's really as easy as it gets. |

I highly doubt this...maybe remove a few 0s...and make that amount like 5k, or $500... Sending 50k to Gox right now, is like playing paper, rock, scissors for 50k |
