What seleme talks and what seleme does are two different things. But I don't expect guy who sold his bitcoins at 10$ to understand that, he's too busy being angry on the Universe  Grin

Even worse.

If you are actively lying to people on here then you are trying to trick people into losing money.

If this is the case, then you are a liar and a rat. If it isn't the case then you are a liar and a fool.

I wonder if any scams that might have been in progress will have accelerated endings with the rapid price drop.

Illeism is rarely a good look  Sad

Works alright in fiction though.   Cheesy

You're surely not suggesting Mat is writing fiction Wink

Banish that thought!   Tongue

edit:  At times I'm tempted to post my treatise on second and third level thinking.

Lol, I'm not lying you sad fucker, I'm taking it easy and having fun while making loads of money, I never had better time in my life so of course I'll chill around.

It's not yours or anyone's else business what would I do with my trading until I decide to make you feel like shit when I want to do that. I'm as bullish as you can find them but of course I'll trade to gain more coins when I think it's time to do that and you'll know about it only when I tell you Wink.

In the meantime, read this and learn how to make 15 BTC in few hours by having a balls like steel and not being miserable cunt like you are Cheesy

Where do you think are we going next hours? do you think we are going to break 530 (bitstamp) next time we hit?

My opinion is that 530 is going to hold, but it will get tested several times. After that, there will be nowhere to go but up.

I agree. I have been mining and trading for a time now. I quit worrying about BTC price fluctuations as in the end (when things seemed gloomy) it always bounces back and stronger each time always, and ready for another fall but seemingly not as bad as the previous...I'm hanging tight with coin...no panic selling here! just riding out another the storm.   Wink     (yes we have - in part - Mt Gox to thank this time)

Today's antipodean wine tip

..img snip...

Please repost or link to your treatise...would love to read Smiley

Nice wine tip.  I'll have a split or two.

re the treatise:  The main reason I haven't posted it here is that it would expose some of my methods.   Grin

Another reason is that it would expose some of the posters that I respect to unwanted attention.

Perhaps another time when tensions and nerves are less exposed to the elements.

Do whales get nervous -- in either the literal or idiomatic sense?

I'd have thought due to his size (physical or financial) he would simply shrug and swim on.

Bitcoin is down around $150 in one week. If you had 10000 BTC (by no means a proper whale amount), that is $150K less value you have. Considering some of these guys had next to nothing before they invested/mined in Bitcoin, I would suggest that such shrinkage in nominal value leaves many large scale holders of Bitcoin with quite an uneasy feeling in their guts. Perhaps they would have to work 5 years in their day jobs to earn this sort of money. Now, it looks like Bitcoin is going to go another $150 lower sooner or later.....so if you had 10K BTC, and were considering that possibility, what might you want to do with at least some of your stash, assuming Bitcoin wasn't just an amusing gamble on the side to take your mind of your hedge funds and vaults full of gold bullion?

Check your math. Tongue

LOL. What MtC can't seem to understand is that long term hodlers have been hardened by many many such times as these. If we were the sort that bailed when we got uneasy feelings in our guts, we wouldn't have all our coins in the first place. Now we just see opportunity to get MOAR.

Yeah I see a large divide between those who want to earn more coins by playing the ebb-flow of the market for example Seleme, ( I normally see him bullish as fuck but will sodl or short in times of uncertainty) and those who would just deposit more fiat and buy up cheap coins.

I've opted to start out with a veteran whale holder mentality, harden by looking at all the past crashes and the volume back in the 0.1 to 0.01 crash this market is emerging there is going to be growing pains, past doesn't predict the future, but we can gather some intel or insight to the psychology of panic sellers, and frankly this recent action seems full of them. I know there are plenty selling to buy back in lower, but I know there is more just panicking like lil headless chickens.

edit: bitstamp seems to have a semi firm bottom at 530 ish Cheesy

I've heard it mentioned.. but where the fudge can I see a updated log trend line chart...ty

I agree, Davy.  I think part of it is that those chickens didn't really have a plan in the first place.  They simply saw a profit potential and jumped in.

Cryptoave.com , fiat exchange for DigitalCoin, Argentum and Securecoin (with BTC and LTC) going live today. All coins, specially DGC are very undervalued at the moment, you should buy some.

My initial planning was really buy and hold.. and I've pretty much done that.. It is much easier to stick to this plan, though I do admit greed really had me wanting to pre-sell on some of this news but I don't like fleecing others which is apart of the reason I am not wealthier as it is.

I plan to sell when 1% can pay of the initial investment LOL as crazy as it sounds it is more likely than not going to be possible within 2 years.

My first purchase is still in cold storage @122.  I bought a smallish amount @147 for trading purposes.  It has been fun and frustrating at the same time.

Sounds like your plan is solid.

Some believe that MtGox is not insolvent and will allow withdrawals.

Others suggest trading them on (whatever the name of that place is where you make an internal trade between accounts on MtGox) Bitcoinbuilder.

edit: found the name.
