Whatever you think about whether or not Satoshi should be considered as authoritative I believe Satoshi died with Dave Kleiman and Hal Finney. I don't know what Satoshi writings could possibly be considered authoritative. I somehow expected better from you.
Fair enough. I'll try to up my game. David Kleiman is part of CSW's narrative. If you think he is part of the story, then faketoshi is probably part of the story too.

Rose: You make a good point. There is a lot said by Satoshi on this forum that doesn’t sit well with the White Paper. And for the record, I am not a strict constructionist so not worth quibbling over words of someone who is probably dead.

I'm honestly not prepared to come down on either side of that. I just don't have enough information. But CSW has shown he can't bitcoin his way out of a paper bag on more than one occasion. Even according to his own narrative he's peripheral at best. Rose: You make a good point. There is a lot said by Satoshi on this forum that doesn’t sit well with the White Paper. I always considered the forum Satoshi more or less the Satoshi-Satoshi. But yeah, probably mostly dead.

Roger has literally funded the most BTC and BCH startups and charity related crypto donations, hypothetically if Roger was a thief, he's Robin Hood.
Yes we know Roger PAID PEOPLE OFF, they will be dealt with too, you all know who you are Time to release all the information, no more games, (sick f$%ks playing with peoples lives) +++ I will give 5 10 bitcoin to anyone who gets Roger Ver to return all cryptsy and mtgox users coins.Crime: Misleading the public on multiple occasions with his multiple projects advising users that they were safe and OK to use Roger Ver the SOCIALISThttp://voluntaryist.com/tag/roger-ver-how-i-became-a-voluntaryist/hmmm , what would that 10btc look like in 5 years

The white paper was a starting out point, and surely the strict frame should be attempted to be followed.. especially when we are talking about creating and maintaining incentives that it cannot really gat taken over, and therefore, everyone working in their own self interest checks in upon itself causing decentralization, immutability and security... and then individual peeps can decide whether or not they recognize value and use cases for themselves with such a system that continues to build on itself in such a decentralized immutable way. I doubt that strict constructionalism gets anyone closer because the whole system has become a part of the community rather than one mind or one small group that originally envisioned it and put it to practice... so both living through code - but perhaps dead when it comes to the status of real person(s).

Not long now........... https://www.intelligenthq.com/finance/can-central-banks-use-cryptocurrency-to-increase-their-foreign-reserves/Through this project, the banks seek to develop an institutional streamlined mechanism of payment backed by the blockchain technology. This and other projects initiated by the banks may have paved way for central banks to begin rethinking cryptocurrencies, lead to the recent announcement by G7 central banks. Andrey Tuchkov, the CEO at SOFIN.IO says, “These actions will lead to the growth of the total capitalization of cryptocurrency. And the rumours about it will increase the volumes of long positions on the futures of Bitcoin, which eventually lead to new historical maximums.” The central bank SDR (Standard Drawing Rights?) in crypto form.

But let's not forget that "widespread Russian disinformation campaign" itself is a crazy conspiracy theory invented by Democrats and their Deep State allies like Michael Hayden...

Hey Phil
Do you agree with Donald Trump when he says that Russia is America’s friend and the EU is America’s foe?

Hey Phil
Do you agree with Donald Trump when he says that Russia is America’s friend and the EU is America’s foe?
I agree that Russia is America’s "competitor", that seems to be the right word: https://www.rferl.org/a/trump-view-putin-competitor-not-enemy-provokes-ire-in-congress-mccain-corker-menendez/29360576.htmlU.S. President Donald Trump's assertion that Russia is a "competitor," not an "enemy" has provoked alarm and outrage among some prominent lawmakers in Washington. But I understand why some "prominent lawmakers in Washington" would be "outraged".
