Came across this Boltzmann metrics.  Still trying to work out what it all  means.

https://boltzmann.io/metrics
was cited here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178336.msg48575110#msg48575110 but i am still flummoxed/cbb
The fact they don't care to define the quantities they say they measure could also mean something. I don't know what to make of it anyway.

I think some people are just waiting to see what the market is going to do before buying.  They will eventually decide it is not going down any more and then jump in and another rally will begin.  Or someone will dump and they will jump in and then keep the price at about the level it is at now.  I think the fact that we have seen a few dumps already without affecting the price too drastically is really bullish and shows there is some great support

Traditionally bitcoin dumps in Q1.
So personally I'm expecting that last v shaped super dump to come in January or February, and then we will finally be done with this shitshow. A couple of slow but accelerating years are coming.
Exactly my thoughts, possibly with a slow tail shorter than 2 years. Except, she likes to do just the opposite of whatever we're expecting if she feels she's being taken for granted. So what do we know?

... this is becoming a strong trend I've been watching also. It started before the last bull but is beginning to pick up pace. I suppose it is to be expected that the nations with the worst monetary systems are going to be the first to be open to adopting bitcoin for it's monetary properties. It is a tenet of successful new networks that are bringing disruptive innovation to be able to always fill in the niche use cases that the major incumbents aren't servicing, because they are too top-heavy in costs, flexibility, etc (too fat and happy and lazy). Incumbents ignore losing these niche markets because they were not really serving them anyway, but in the long term it allows the new network to proliferate to the point that it is too big and growing too fast when incumbents finally realise what they are competing against. I guess the largest Central Banks are the dinosaur incumbents in that analysis ... and so we can expect this growth in the peripheral markets first, especially if they have the requisite modern internet infrastructure. It is interesting to observe it though ... who really would have thought S. America or India or dirt-poor asia would be adopting bitcoin faster than many western countries?

I'm expecting that last v shaped super dump

A super dump down from -85% from ATH? A year after ATH? A "super dump" from here would mean the death of BTC. Won't happen.

Never say never. The good thing about this last rise is that we can still make that final capitulation dump without having to go much lower than $3000. It still is a possibility and, in fact, would be reasonable. It should have to happen in the next couple of months though. And it would probably signal the end of the bear market for sure.

Come on Bitcoin, Daddy needs a brand new Cullinan, and frankly 100 coins is a little stiff.

Indeed, the Dow-Jones grew nearly 5% today. Is that Trump doing it, or does he wait for the PPT to give him the go ahead?

I do not have money to collect manufacturing watches, but they have always fascinated me, something that we do not give importance to today like a mechanical watch and very few people know how to build it, if we add a complication like a perpetual calendar the people who know how to build it It reduces exponentially.

Today I see that Hublot (it's a luxury watch brand, its pieces are not manufactured) wants to get Bitcoin profits by selling a limited edition of 210 units for $ 25,000 can only be purchased with Bitcoin (previous statement with the origin of BTC) and The personal transaction number will be recorded on the watch.

I wonder what Hublot would do if Bitcoin used its brand to get benefits for the same amount of money.

This is what Bitcoin is all about.  Not Wall Street.  About giving people under oppressive regimes a financial escape route.  Best post this week.
