So reversing transactions is possible to help some people recover their bitcoins.

The apology came fast and the reorg case was just hypothetical.

A reorg would require 51% hash power. I dont think Binance have so much influence over the miners for this.

^^ It would rollback all transactions so those who got bitcoin in that time frame would have it vanish off the ledger.
Chaos would ensue and probably have satoshi come out of hiding or roll in his grave it that was the case.

    Mining pool operators who host all the wallets on behalf of pool members

Peer-to-Peer: Services like LocalBitcoins or OTC trading, are still MSBs if the buyer or seller is advertising the services and/or making a profit from either crypto-to-crypto or fiat-to-crypto exchanges.
