Looks like the market it’s getting choppy at $30K as you would expect looking at the chop the last time we hit $30K on the way down. We’re basically mirroring that move which means when this chop does break up and we move another leg higher, the price should jump pretty much straight to $40K and pause for another consolidation period.

It's too early to celebrate victory while the fight is in full swing. Central banks are not in vain now developing CBDC, they plan to still compete for fiat, because it is what helps them control everything. And I wouldn't expect them to give up so easily. Governments still have a lot of resources to stop bitcoin from developing, and we need to try so that they do not interfere with bitcoin.
