If you consider the price of bitcoin, it is considered very risky. Because of not constantly increase, previous period was the highest value, in drops a minimal amount but then hoping it back to increasing trend.

The only risk in bitcoin is when it's completely disappear or have stop operation which I think is unlikely to happen considering that there are already so much investors backing it. Even if the price go down what we can do is to hold it and there's still chance that it will go up again.

Investing in bitcoin is so risky, that's because in bitcoin you are not pretty sure if it will get stable or it may get down that's why I'm investing in this kind of cryptocurrency you must take the risk.

If you prefer to risk investing then go for it.
Many people risking there money for investing just to get higher earnings but if they failed and get scammed, huh there will be no chances to get back what they lost from investing...
some risky because for daily life we need money .example we invest bitcoin so stock our money. crypto is very innocent.anyone never say what happens yesterday. but bitcoin investment must profit sure. |

The risk on investing on bitcoin are to high. lot of expert advice that we need to have a extreme caution when it comes to bitcoin investment.even the price of bitcoin is rocketing right now it also have a chance to went it to zero.and it will compromise the capital we put in..aside from that we cannot ignore the possibility of lossing of money from thief circling around in the world of bitcoin cause bitcointhief are developing new strategy on how they can steal our money on our own wallet, we need to protect our money and do all the necessary things to reduce the risk of lossing.

Actually, we don't know how much risk and it is not measured in bitcoin investment. I think life means risk so bitcoin invest have some risky but if you have deep knowledge about bitcoin then not risky invest in bitcoin. Bitcoin is a virtual currency and highly volatile so there are a some of risks in the investment of bitcoin.

I just wanted to know that,what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit.But i want to know what is the risk involved.Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.

Basically we don't know the risk in every site if you invest money in a site first is you don't know if the site was trusted there are site that can give you small profit but many site are just scamming people who invested.

Bitcoin price will always be affected by news whether postive or negative. The best time to buy is after some major correction or dip just like last week. and hold them for long. Since it is said that this will be the thing of the future. I also suggest that you make some research on the technology behind bitcoin. If you gain knowledge on how it works and the tech behind it, you yourself can answer your own question and you will have some peace within you even if the price is dipping.

Investing in bitcoin is already a risk,and i can say the chance is 50-50 to either gain or lose.It's really unpredictable but that is how bitcoin or the market works because of its volatility.I consider timing as one factor for you to either gain or lose and since this topic has been posted before bitcoin made a bullish run in a span of 3-4 months then i can say you have gain a lot already even if you cash out after the crash.

BTC encompasses high risk and high return.Its a game of patience.If you purchase your BTC and expect immediate return,you are fool.Keep it for long term and then you will be able to get maximum return.This cryptocurrency does not back by any central bank like other currencies.It fluctuates several times,but i have heard people whoever invested in BTC they are enjoying furits of their investment.Though there is probability of high risk but return is also very high.Many countries government has banned trading of BTC as there is no check and balance system on this cryptocurrency and they are unable to collect/levy taxes on BTC trading it involves person to person,peer to peer trading.So it involves risk but simultaneously return is very high.
