We really don't know what's happening at Avalon's end. We have not received any communication from Yifu whatsoever.

Chips Delivery Update, September Edition
 
Due to events outside of our control, the delivery of chips have been delayed so far. While the situation are improving and chips are shipping, we have ultimately decided to revert our policy on no refunds and offer the option for customers to request a full refund(in bitcoin) if so desired.

 The link to the request form is below, please note this only applies to orders made earlier than June 1st.

 In other news, for those who decided to wait or wish to know more about delivery schedule will be glad to note we are receiving a batch of 400,000+ chips on Wednesday, with that we expect to be in good shape for meeting the upcoming deadlines of chip deliveries for orders made in June and later.

 In addition, we hope to wrap up generation one, finish shipping the chips, construct the modules and build the 2 module Avalon mini, put this pre-order mess behind us in general and switch gear into 55nm production, tape out generation 3, and start work on improving chip design for generation 4. Only sell what we can produce in a day on the assembly line, and only what's in stock.

Hopefully will be if some of the other group buys take refunds..Terrahash will likely not take refund, they need to ship, and with BTC hovering close to 150...we COULD still make ROI in 60-90 days if they can get them out the door quick..But the fact that 400,000 chips are coming right in sept. is funny since someone posted they had "insider" knowledge that Avalon was holding chips until september.

I thought that too.....I would assume TH's chips would be in that 400k, as they placed orders in may 6 and 21st, I think.... 20k chips anyways, but will be up to the group buy(ers) if they want refunds or chips? which TH will be part of that...but safe to say i think there may now be some light at the end of the tunnel...lets hope so

Why don't you guys complaining make your own Avalon boards?  I mean it can't be that hard right?  Look at all of the other companies with working boards..... wait how many have a K16 or a K64 hashing?  Did you forget who had the first hashing K16 and who BKK himself said is in good shape for when the chips arrive?

If I was close and they wanted help why not? But since I'm on the opposite side of the country can't do much but would be more than willing to answer tickets if they want.

I have a ticket open right now with them and they haven't responded which does suck and I'm going to end up calling them till I get a hold of someone.

Since i'm not an EE there isn't much help I can do, especially since I shake a lot when I do fine solder work but I'll do your boards for you.
