My wallet has a weight of 40k. Yesterday it staked twice 1.62 and 1.93 Onions. But this happened after 16 days of staking.

Also 2.57,1.44 and 1.43 Onions were staked but not accepted. What I dont understand is how often does this happen?

Staked but not accepted? I thought it was a rare occurrence, isn't it?

You need to split your weight into blocks of smaller chunks. Please go the the deeponion.org forum and then send your own address your onions using coin control features. Make sure that you have smaller chunks to get better chance of staking. Good luck

Just yesterday I got 3.38602739 ONIONS for staking, I forget how much Onion use for staking but I have 4,912 balance in my account.
Take note, that didn't took so long before I earned the reward, if I remember it right I think it was less than an our, this is so generous, I could already buy a couple of beers with what I earned but I choose to keep it.

i don't quite understand your question.  but i think you're asking if you can get onion without using TOR browser, then the answer is YES.  deeponion is a coin system wherein coins travels through TOR networks.  senders and receipients do not need TOR browser to transfer coins.  they just need to access their wallet (desktop or webwallet), same as they access bitcoins.

if you're asking if you can get airdrop, YES, as long as you fulfill the requisites and register for airdrop.  some of the requisites includes:
1. bitcointalk account created no later than sept 1, 2017
2. at least jr. member
3. register for membership in deeponion.org forum
4. must have a good quality posts prior to airdrop registration

once you're accepted, be active.  participate and contribute, the rewards are high. goodluck

DeepVault is around the corner for the release, I think it will be available this month although an official launch hasn't been announced yet, a mod from official DO forum posted a video a while ago showing how it works:
