D3 can mining any coin with x11 algoritm. You dont need extra software, only connect the Antminer to your LAN and configure by IP.

OH, thanks for the fast answer, but configure by IP is ok and I understand it, but what about "wallet_adress".....if you said that we don't need any software? sorry for my "noob" question, but this system is completely new for me....

If you want cash it out, you could sign up an account in your local exchanger and use their wallet to hold the currency from antminer

If you want hold for long term, you could download the wallet here https://www.dash.org/
You could look this thread to know better https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.0

Note. Dont confuse with DSH (Dashcoin), its different currency

If you plan on holding dash..you can also make a dash paper wallet.....just saying.....

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

Is the dash saved in the pool until I manually withdraw or is it automatically sent to a external wallet?

So will my ledger nano dash wallet work for sending dash that i mine?

Usually you set a payout threshold for the pool to auto send. Ledger will work for it but they don't recommend sending several small payouts to the nano due to memory size and tx creation. It's generally a hardware wallet meant for large amounts of coin stored infrequently.

Just received an email confirmation that my November order was paid (bitcoin). I wish I would have used litecoin to pay since it would have been much much faster to confirm.

I used LTC, and got the confirmation email the same night I ordered,,, about 1 hour or so later. I chose LTC for that exact reason and I think others did as well.
But there is a silver lining. For those of us who prepared to buy the D3s in BTC, you probably allocated funds or initiated fiat->BTC at least 1 week prior... so you took advantage of a nice increase in BTC leading up to the sale, effectively giving you a little "discount"

Benefits on both sides  Wink

Ahhhh, the beauty of a raging Bull Market. This has happened on almost ALL of my purchases in the last 2 months. It's actually become a fairly substantial % of overall cost.

I am excited, was able to get 10 confirmed within a day Smiley I heard the same negative whining, warnings when L3+ came out, but didn't pay attention. My 3 L3+ purchase on hashnest turned out to be one of my best crypto investment. 3x$1899 initial investment resulted in 281 LTC mined -10.7 LTC maintenance fees + 371 LTC proceed after selling 1512 MH @ .25 LTC/MH 3 days ago. Over $20K in less than 3 months. My physical L3+s already paid themselves off and on their way to make 3X initial investment. So, I don't think D3 Nov 1-15 batch will turn out to be as bad as some are predicting.

Will Bitmain transfer a paid order to another account. I purchased a November batch from another seller on eBay and was wondering if I can ask the seller to contact Bitmain and have the order transferred. Any problems with this?

ask the seller to call bitmain and to transfer the account to you or at least the ship address.

What was your cost basis in LTC? Or BTC?

I did quite well on Hashnest too but honestly I would have done nearly as well by just buying LTC, or holding BTC, with less risk.

I do hope you're right about D3 though. I ended up with a couple of those against my better judgement. Will probably grab some on Hashnest too if Bitmain makes them available, risk be damned.

I really hope they will place some in hash nest, however i feel like they learned from the L3+. They started way to cheap and raised the price to almost 4k?  Would love to recreate the magic of sub 3k machines lol

I would only buy from a vendor that has gotten good feedback here on the forum.  I can recommend Eastshore.xyz if you are willing to pay the premium over what Bitmain wants for these miners.  I have purchased from them and they have been very helpful.  Certainly recommended.

I have no affiliation with Eastshore, simply sharing my experiences with them.  I know there are other resellers here that also have good reputations, but I just have not purchased through them.
