Do I understand correctly, that with real tokens one will get the chance to invest in different real estate projects, on REAL platform?
So is it similar to kickico, but for different real estate projects?
Kickico is a platform to launch different ICOs whereas REAL is a platform for only real estate biz. No ICO is happening on REAL platform. |

Sooo...crunching some numbers, feel free to check my math since I'm not a math genius.
Phase 1
25,0000 ETH = 5,500,000 REAL
x25%=1,375,000 Bonus REAL
=6,875,000 REAL
Phase 2
Current as of September 14
9,703 ETH = 2,134,660 REAL
x20% = 426,932 Bonus REAL
=2,561,592 REAL
Or...if our ICO date expires my guess is that we complete Phase 2 funding
25,000 ETH = 5,500,000
x20% = 1,100,000 Bonus REAL
=6,600,000 REAL
End of Phase 2 will have 13,475,000 REAL issued.
Now the fun stuff.
When ICO is done assuming phase 2 is sold out.
(Throwing some imaginary figures out there.)
1 ETH=$300 USD x 50,000 ETH = $15,000,000 USD / 13,475,000 REAL
1 REAL = $1.10 USD
Assuming the Dev's or whales don't immediately dump their coins on the exchange.
Well, please be kind again my math is not great, might have made a mistake or two. And I had to make up the ETH price at the end. (Yes, I know ETH is going POS soon.)

With REAL you could invest in a state, like a big resort, or a mansion, then receive your payments for the rental of said state, you, of course, invest your REAL tokens, and the profits get distributed to each token holder that has a share in that particular project or state, eventually, you'll get all your tokens back, and then just start getting profits alone. KickIco, is only for investing in ICOs and projects that have a product or services, you FUND this projects, and receive the rewards that the organizer of the project promised to their funders. |

Yes, 100.000 eth is their hardcap. If ico reaches that, they will stop before september 30. If don't they will just adjust the budget. |

Thank you for your calculations. Devs or whales won't dump coins immidietelly after ICO. Devs are devoted to this project and whales too smart for that kind of move. In my opinion price will be raising |

10%, at any time, even one large investor can come and the situation will change immediately! 10 millions $ by the standards of ICO is also a good amount, but as we see this project is very ambitious, and they will achieve their goal! |

Your first question have allready been answered. About your second: what do you mean specifically. I mean the roadmap of Real is allready known, you can read it in the whitepaper. They want to do their first investments in october this year, mainly in the US, the caribean and spain. Afterwards the platform is going to be launched and already in december the investors will get their first profits... |

Well real estate has a lot of potentcial for making a great and steady income, but still not many projects which are working on this. I am pretty sure REAL will take the leading role here with their experience and and current feedback. |

In my opinion price will be raising Though i agree that most devs don't dump there coins, i diagree with the whale aspect. a lot of whales tend to dump the coins, soon as they can turn a profit, cos they usually get the coins with a drastic discount and bonuses. Anyway, due the long term advantages presented with real, I doubt it will be the issue. |
