With REAL you could invest in a state, like a big resort, or a mansion, then receive your payments for the rental of said state, you, of course, invest your REAL tokens, and the profits get distributed to each token holder that has a share in that particular project or state, eventually, you'll get all your tokens back, and then just start getting profits alone. KickIco, is only for investing in ICOs and projects that have a product or services, you FUND this projects, and receive the rewards that the organizer of the project promised to their funders.

Your first question have allready been answered. About your second: what do you mean specifically. I mean the roadmap of Real is allready known, you can read it in the whitepaper. They want to do their first investments in october this year, mainly in the US, the caribean and spain. Afterwards the platform is going to be launched and already in december the investors will get their first profits...

Well real estate has a lot of potentcial for making a great and steady income, but still not many projects which are working on this. I am pretty sure REAL will take the leading role here with their experience and and current feedback.

Though i agree that most devs don't dump there coins, i diagree with the whale aspect. a lot of whales tend to dump the coins, soon as they can turn a profit, cos they usually get the coins with a drastic discount and bonuses. Anyway, due the long term advantages presented with real, I doubt it will be the issue.
