You have two weeks left to buy the tokens.
I still think thats an interesting project. I am invested in many real estate projects atm and i think this one looks really good.
Seems like real estate is getting a lot of attention now-a-days from the crypto space. I'd love to have crypto take it all over. Would be a huge boost to the technology and Real specifically. After receiving the REAL tokens from the ICO , we can now call ourselves Real estate investors  and I plan to hold a little more REAL tokens in the future, for I believe in REAL team's capacity for this project. haha  Like that name! I'm also planning to hold my REAL tokens for a long time! Who knows I can buy property for some REALs Cant wait for the launch of this great platform. |

Oh god, I should've put in more money than i did.. Might have to make a last minute top up.. For me, this project outweighs the other real estate icos by far.. but there's still time...... (Really, I shouldn't be shopping while drunk ) |

If a certain fundraising threshold is met, will the sale end before Sept. 30?
No there is no Hard cap. You will get bonus until 150k ETH are raised. |

My favourite Real Estate projects are REAL and Propy.. Compared to the other teams these guys have way more real estate experience, where many of the other teams are just investors (possibly getting into a field they're unfamiliar with). (I was also looking at ATLANT as well, but not enough Real Estate experience on that team for my liking) Also, the white papers.. REAL have (In my opinion) a clearer, more realistic plan than many of the others. ICO terms are great as well and their project is much further along than many of the others, so they'll be paving the way with challenges/legalities that will arise before many of the others even know what they're dealing with.. Plus I just generally like the team, after watching all their interviews etc on Youtube and the like.. I had put aside some money to back Propy as well, but I think now I just give it all to REAL.. (Now I just wish someone would target Australia's Melbourne/Sydney property goldmine, hint hint guys  ) |

Do I understand correctly, that with real tokens one will get the chance to invest in different real estate projects, on REAL platform?
So is it similar to kickico, but for different real estate projects?
Kickico is a platform to launch different ICOs whereas REAL is a platform for only real estate biz. No ICO is happening on REAL platform. And you have to think about it like this: In KickIco you invest in different ICOs which are crowdfounded while in REAL you invest in different real estate projects. But, if you invest in Real estate projects you can also get money (eth) over time through earnings of the estate. This is something you don't get at KickIco because it has a different concept and focus. With REAL you could invest in a state, like a big resort, or a mansion, then receive your payments for the rental of said state, you, of course, invest your REAL tokens, and the profits get distributed to each token holder that has a share in that particular project or state, eventually, you'll get all your tokens back, and then just start getting profits alone. KickIco, is only for investing in ICOs and projects that have a product or services, you FUND this projects, and receive the rewards that the organizer of the project promised to their funders. Plus if the real estate gets sold, you could get more money back than you invested in it (sidenote: it could of course also be less) |

I got mine within a few minutes.. I think the smart contract distributes instantly. I havent seen anyone complaining about this in REAL. I see more people are getting into REAL recently and the trust on the team's ideas are worth noting. |

They said few days back, in case of not reaching the goal, they will just adjust their budget and announce the new plan after ICO, the project should go on in any case. |

Real team said that they just will adjust their budget and publish it after the ico. But I think things going really well and they will raised enough money to do great things with REAL. We already have reach a pretty good amount and it will continue till the Ned of the ico. And you can still have a bonus until 150 k eth, so people continue to come. Real estate project have great future and the market value will be huge !

If I recall correctly yes, some time ago Melissa said that RPP are tradable anytime, to switch property or to take profits in REAL tokens, but better ask her again here or on telegram. @haxllega, RPP are an internal token, you can trade/exchange them only on REAL platform |
