You have to take one thing in consideration. Many players, such as me and countless others, created their accounts several years ago. When I created my account Germany was NOT on the list of banned regions, now it is. I even asked my host if I should officially change my address at stake, since I am not living in Germany anymore, and she said no need to for now.

So just stating the rules is wrong in this case. I am a German customer and never had any problems at stake, even after they added Germany to the banned regions.
And there are thousands of cases like me. Almost everybody in the German chat at stake are Germans living in Germany. Are they all violating the rules and live in fear of confiscated funds and account closure? Even Eddie often shouts out the "German community at stake"on the weekend stream.

In your case, the ToS might be use against you in the future. Let’s say that they are not strict today on implementing their rules against restricted country like @ahoybrause case but there’s no guarantee that they will keep like that forever since they always have the right to modify their ToS and implement it.

On the case of user above, he is not currently residing on the restricted country so he can have different ID stating different address in case Stake tighten their implementation so this will be a big issue if you caught off guard while you are living from restricted country.

Much better to play safe and play only in the casino that doesn’t restrict your country.

How's your Week going so far with Stake?

This time I have some good experience playing slot and bet for some sports. I play three slot from different provider. Cause even the user register before "Germany" is not in the restriction at the time he register, by clicking accepted again the new T&C meaning the user accepted the new term & condition + If the his country in restricted country then he should be not playing on there cause accepted the new term makes his old term at the time he was register is no longer valids. I did bet for Trump and when I did that the odds was around 2.00 ish something. But these odds are set to change as we approach the election day.

Maybe there is someone big that really put a lot of money on Kamala in this community and bet on her in Stake?

Trump has mostly been the Underdog on Stake, I bet on him while he was the underdog while odds were still 2.1...
Its been going back and forth every couple of days, excited to see how odds swing closer to election.

Today there have been emails sent by stake about betting on the election. Some users on reddit wrote these emails had a bonus in them and others didn't. Didn't have anything in my email and never received a bonus from sports or some sports and I have bet on all kind of sports there, from soccer to Formula 1 in a consistent way. As far as I remember, he said that he could reach Platinum VI effectively by wagering on sports so I guess he wagered a lot on sports (at least in the previous few months).
It is normal if he received bonus for special sports or election bet because it can be said as an appreciation from Stake to their loyal players who actively betting but of course I believe there must be also minimum requirement in order to get the bonus.

The last bonus I was receive from non fixed bonus like (weekly, pree, post, monthly) it's regarding "Stake Pokers" promotion. Got around 10$ from the bonus, and also the same things for other people. If they not having a lot activity in Poker, the bonus can't be claims.


To bad, Stake can't make a test promotion for people who are not playing Sport. Maybe just a bonus balance only can be used on Sport, for non sportbet use to test the temptation ~XD.

Sports betting addiction and casino betting addiction works differently. They won't be able to turn a casino bettor into sports bettor by offering free bets. I haven't received any bonuses yet for sports betting activity as I rarely make bets on sports event at Stake.

I also haven't got any promos in sports even though I am quite active in sports betting even in small amounts, less than 1% of all my gambling activities.
Related to KYC I think all submissions are still in the queue I even suspected that the team would check it after the specified schedule because on normal days they need 3-7 days to be processed and imagine at this time maybe thousands of submissions in the queue.
