Don't see why they should reach the hard cap. I mean of course it is also a sign for a good project but I don't think there is need for it in the end. Sure, they say every 1500 ETH a new market will be opened, but in the end, these markets will come soone or later without the hard cap, because otherwise the project will not work out in my eyes.

but many people know about crypto world. they want join some good ICO. crypto marketcap still small. under 200 billion$.

What soft cap they have? I see only hard cap requiments on their site..

They dont have a soft cap because it was already raised before the start of the ICO.

Don't know why everybody keeps saying $1.5M was invested. There is a big difference between valuation and the amount invested.

I could pay $100 for 1 Soma token, there are 60 million tokens, that means a valuation of $6 billion.

They have an angel investor from Finland which invested that amount. I think it is a good thing that having a big investor head start but I would like to hear the conditions of the agreement. How much token they bought or is there a waiting period before selling them But they only give a little info on telegram I assume.

120,000 Ethereum is impossible with the FUDs are happening at the moment on the ICO market and the cryptocurrency market. After the Chinese and Korean government banned any company create ICO project in these countries had made a doubt in the cryptocurrency community.

What concerns ? The fork is already happening and the normal users won't actually notice any changes.
The only dramatic change that can happen later this year is the upgrade to Casper (proof of stake)

Why are people concerned though? Isnt the ETH fork mostly upgrades in the code? Its not a political disaster like bitcoin is
