Okay, so, my short expirience with this situation:
3 January it went down for the first time
5 January i was able to login, and what's more important, i was able to withdraw some funds near ~20% of my deposit. (but i believed that site came back online and there is nothing to worry about it, else i'd withdraw all my fund). It wend down 10-20 mins later.

Yesterday i was able to login for a short time, i also saw that "wallet status" page was switching between ON/OFF for a while. Today i'm able to connect (not always) and usually with message about "not enought resourses, socket problems etc.".

Hope that they'll come back, just be patient. Crypto business builds on trusted relationships, so it's really difficult to find great dev. and be sure that he wont run away one day with all funds / site database etc. These guys are amateurs, no doubt, but there is no real reasons for them to scam us, with their growth it was possible to them earn a lot of money everyday from fees, i cant understand why people can choose one time jackpot when they are able to earn much more in a year.

I have near 4000$ on this site, and it's really huge amount for me, near 60% of all my crypto funds for now..Of course i'm confused with this situation, but i believe that patience is the key, they had same problems in september, but everyone forgot it, and now i believe they'll come back online in 1-4 days.

So, no official communication from admins of the page but they are working on the fix...

They could do it more elegantly changing at least the front page to some status update instead of a cached broken site for several days.

better communication would help, but im thinking that all hands are busy with servers

Protip: Never keep more than 5-10% of all funds on any single exchange for an extended period of time (save urself some heartache).

My first post here and positive one for many of you:
I've managed to log in to CM 2 min ago. Balances OK. Fingers crossed for fully stable run. Cheers!

Unfortunately still:

Not Found

The requested URL /withdraw.php was not found on this server.

So, you can login, see balances, but no withdrawal Sad

yep, they just deleted the withdraw.php file from server Smiley

I would do the same in their place, until the system is working steadily. They really have a serious problem, over which they work, otherwise they would just shut down the site. Stop crying, this is definitely not going to help

What is the exact problem, btw?
Usually when system is overloaded it works slow... when system crashes, doesn't respond at all.
So, what exactly happend and what is exactly "the problem" here?

Time for calm heads guys ....

There seems to be some movement toward restoration of the exchange..

Would be embarrassing to have reported to authorities when these guys have done nothing wrong

Let's give them time to sort this out.  The only thing they are guilty of (up to now) is failing to communicate..

So, what exactly happend and what is exactly "the problem" here?

The whole site has been really slow and getting slower by the minute since around Xmas. Before it was like now, it went up and down every hour.
One news post they had was that they have so many new accounts being opened, that their infrastructure cant handle it.  Seems like it just collapsed in the end. Now they got additional or new servers and if last update is true are configuring those now.

A lot of west-european countries have massing high tech hosting companies especially the Netherlands and Germany host a lot foreign companies websites - so they being hosted by NFORCE.NL does not indicate they are dutch. Assuming, btw, has never ever helped anyone. It is literally taking something you don't know and pretending you know... in other words bullshitting yourself, wohoo;)

I hosted a website on Japanese servers for example, because the target audience was in that part of the world. So it might be a logistics thing, or security or something. Keep that in mind.

Of course i don't know anything; just reminding that speculations aren't helping anything - we will eventually know if they done goofed or if they did what they could to resolve the situation - so leave your pitchforks in the closet for now. I'll ask to borrow one IF needed Cheesy

Also, the feds won't nor can't help ... just saying...

If your gonna make these accusations please post a screenprint as proof..

my balance(s) are intact & wild rumours don't help the situation.

Yep, guys, keep calm, their only failure is lack of communication, but it seems they are doing their best, except that they are amateurs and it takes too much time to fix all issues...
