Doesn't your project bring about a lot of potential problems for workers? What if a manager doesn't like you for personal reasons? Could he/she give you a negative rating which is then forever stored in the blockchain with no possibility to remove "false" info?

What is needed to be listed in your rating?

In order to be listed in Aworker independent rating an employee’s key competencies are to be assessed by his/her direct supervisor/employer.

What is your token needed for? Why tokenize reputation building?

The personality of a manager who is authorized to confirm the data will be carefully checked. This person must have 3 verifications from employees of the company. The employees will also be authorized to give grades to a manager/company remaining anonymous. Any hidden conflict of interest between them and their direct employer/supervisor will immediately become transparent to the user. In this way our project brings a lot of potential problems for cheaters.

An employee and a company (being represented by a manager or an HR manager) will be authorized to write reviews about each other at any time if they wish. These reviews will be available in the profiles of both an employee and a company. It will be an auxiliary tool for getting or giving recommendations also.

An employee will be able to see the overall rating, the data and reviews regarding the companies.

A company will be able to see the overall rating, the data, professional skills and feedback regarding the employees in their profiles.

On the basis of the whole information both parties will be able to make decisions regarding mutually beneficial cooperation.

What questions would you ask a sales employee to prove his/her competency?

For example, if there is a sales consultant we're going to question his/her key competency just the following way. Has an employee shown excellent communicative skills and an ability for cooperation with colleagues this month? What was his/her attitude to work? What were his/her relationships within the team like?
