Sometimes you can possess this competency without having any certificate... Still any potential employer needs to understand what competencies of candidate he/she can rely on in the real work situations. He/she wants to see some real marks of quality before trusting an employee. |

If an employee has got a certificate he/she will be given grades every month by his/her direct supervisor/employee for any certified competency. The grades will be saved in the blockchain and updated every month. You should never stop improving. |
