When and how should we start promoting the changes being made to CAP? i am sure that once people are made of aware of the 200% interest rate, it will generate new interest in the coin and increase the coins value.

I've kept my reserve balance higher than my wallet contents during this round of POS blocks. I will gradually lower that reserve as the month goes on slowly releasing my high aged coinage to be available for stake. I think if others do that as well the time span to reduce large creation of POS blocks as we've seen recently will be reduced and we'll see smaller peaks every 30 days in the upcoming months and the network will return to it's intended design.

Seems pretty balanced and quite exciting if you ask me!

I was wondering though, why not change POW from scrypt to X11 at the same time? It would be another interesting difference compared to HBN. And I believe X11 is one of the factors that has contributed to the DRK-popularity. Adding POS to that could be pretty actractive in the storm of asics soon to arrive.

I would love to keep using my gpu-rigs to POW CAPS above anything else.

Or is it not possible to do this?

I think the market would like that but it would be difficult -  however i'm not a coder so?

but i could see the market very much liking that - Tranz + Flound + stake improvements  + X11 = Caps one of the potential prime leader in the market.

Quark has the EQ reward and i've always liked the idea of Caps like this, the move to X11 would help market confidence in my opinion, but i expect that would be a difficult task and i don't know if its been done before ?

If that could be done i would recommend people become a long term holder as this currency has a lot of potential in its field,  i'd have to do this while simultaneously explaining why its not right for Quark, i expect the veterans here know the answer of course.

also this new exchange is out it has access to USD and RUR markets - Russian ran, don't know too much info at present but if its developed right looks very promising :

has a BTCe feel - lets hope they keep up the security its primed as a "Quark" market presently but i'd like to see these guy expand, just becsue they have a lot of payment options i.e :

OKPay Payeer Perfect money  - basically the same "system" as BTCe - i.e i signed up with an email.


with Caps listed and a few other primes - this brings new potential markets.
