The explorer at Cryptocoinexplorer has been restarted.

The explorer now shows the network hash rate.  Smiley

Working on fully testing all of these changes, and running into a bit of difficulties.  Changing the min stake age on the fly may prove a bit more difficult then I anticipated. I still want to do it, but it may have to delay the release of 2.0, or dropped.

But for now, can anyone confirm that version 1.999 has produced a stake block correctly?  I have no coins old enough yet on main net to test.

What id the min stake age on 1.999? What is the intended min stake age for final version? I bought my first Bottlecaps yesterday, so I won't have be able to help you, sorry Smiley

Also, Tranz: could you check I have everything alright here for CAP (and HBN, while you're at it): Proof-of-stake List

1.999 is the same as before 30/90 days. 2.0 will move it to 15/45

Both look good on your sheet.

All prefix 34 addresses start with either E or F. HBN also uses this prefix. It means you can use the same key pair for both.

Yes. I'm aware that HBN addresses start with F.
I was worried that this might be a HBN address since Tranz is involved with both wallets.

Thought I would share my validation results for the new client (badass work btw Tranz!).  Cheesy

The following was performed on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit.  QT and daemon source compiled without issue.

Confirmed that the new client appears to generate stake blocks correctly. (Had older coins available that were stakeworthy.)
Status: 4363 confirmations
Credit: 0.039441 CAP
Net amount: +0.039441 CAP
Transaction ID: a40bbf7671c8ff14f8ab0d9fd94b2503e4caebd0de7c2a8669bc0a41726a32d4

Confirmed solo mining to the wallet is also functional (verified internal CPU, and RPC/GPU mining).
Status: 3897 confirmations
Date: 30 May 2014 17:50
Source: Generated
Credit: 10.00 CAP
Net amount: +10.00 CAP
Transaction ID: a5a018de920af7a4096c35d19585ed55f8dc55602c7fd700c23ceb6d94072d92

Confirmed that the beta wallet is backwards compatible with the original wallet (ftm).
Confirmed coins could be sent/received.
Confirmed wallet.dat could be opened from both clients (not simultaneously), performed multiple times with no issues.
Confirmed all coins mined on the new wallet were available from the old wallet and vice-versa.
Confirmed stability, ran 72+ hours.  No memory leaks, no thread locking.

Also performed some cursory validation on the new coin control features, and new functionality in the debug console.  And no issues to report!

It's all looking REALLY REALLY good!  Incredible functionality for a "beta".  Cheesy

No one is dumping into my buy walls, its getting harder to buy blocks of CAP without crossing the market and pumping the price.

Also that 37 BTC buy wall hasn't moved an inch in days. I don't think anyone holds that many CAP to feed that whale.

Don't think anyone is playing much since that wall appeared, what chance is there of buying back anything you sell?

Market was vibrant last weeks.. alas no more.

*and minutes later it rises to 44btc @.00005508

I'll certainly be leaving the market alone now, got my target balance and no reason to grease those wheels with buys at these levels.

Its happening...

http://cap.blockx.info/richlist/ has the HBN logo instead of CAPS.

because it's a work in progress.  Had a rough week last week so it's still pending. I also haven't announced it yet!

I am still looking for confirmation about a PoS. I have testnet running now. So hopefully that will answer my questions.

Hey guys,

Relatively new here but still a pretty level-headed dude.

There is not enough news for Bottlecaps in social media, I have created an unofficial CAP Twitter account.

https://twitter.com/bottlecaps_CAP

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, also wondering if anyone already posts regular news?

Note: I will not be abusing my powers in any way to spread FUD, valid information an updates will be posted only. There will be no posts relating to prices an investing, only development an objectives.

I spend a lot of my time doing what is perceived as nothing.

Just a few small commit tonight:

Fix peer info nBlockRequested:
https://github.com/Tranz5/bottlecaps/commit/de472fac36394a423b24ee8089fdfe24ac80bb93

Set Release Version back to false:
https://github.com/Tranz5/bottlecaps/commit/b3373465b0ec907d7e6021f6a6da449a9d75f131

Update Readme.md for hard fork testing phase:
https://github.com/Tranz5/bottlecaps/commit/401d8a9f2301bee43b439fca837915caf428a1bd

I am still running the fork through tests on testnet. I estimate a handful more days until I am done. I will also be away for sometime starting this week, so we may have to make the hard fork around mid July.

I'll let you all know here soon, but so far things are looking pretty decent, I want to be sure all parts of the fork work correctly.
