Took me whole day for this, ooh

Judging past events, this logo is most likely to get Ken's approval

judging by past events, it is likely your mother only had sex with hobos with sub par cognition.

I am not sure whether buying now is a good idea. Cannot foresee any upside until November. The dust dividend does not justify locking fund for more than 2 months. Maybe it's still better to come back on October?

Sorry -- was aimed at the usual Cheerleading squad, the ones waiting for cheap shares Wink  I'm certainly not buying now.

Edit:  All-time low since the IPO on burnside's, .0017 on Bitfunder -- quality merch at bargain-basement prices!  Buy buy buy!

I'll likely just scare people off mining stocks all together - the big selloff in Labcoin coincided with a big drop in ActM's prices as well, and LC's actually rebounded more.

If it implode, majority of BTC just disappear. The tiny part of fund of the few luckiest people will not help much.

only for fun

The problem with this general design is that lewicki holds the licensing rights to something very similar and so the potential for legal dispute means ACtM cannot risk going with anything similar. A multi million dollar company could be sued for a very large sum for such a breach of copyright.

You need a different design guys.

Edit- I'm not saying lewicki himself would launch a case (he could) but if he sells the rights to the logo on to someone else to get his money back then that new owner could take it to court - basically a minefield.

When there are products to take pictures of, those will most likely change.

Sure it will change.
So HTC can put photos of iPhone5S on their homepage until there are new products to take pictures of?

I'm not a lawyer but you have a guy with a license to an logo, and ACtM are potentially going to change their current logo to a very very similar logo to the one that is copyrighted. You can't know what a judge would rule on that change, at this time, after certain relevant contacts between Ken and lewicki. Not worth the risk IMO.

No but they are an established company with previous profit to fund R&D and manufacturing on future products. They can afford to have a prototype or HQ renders to use for marketing.

What I do agree that should be done is to append a disclaimer to the bottom of the image stating that the picture does not accurately represent the final product.
