If you know for a fact that they are compatible and that all you have to do is change the "Theme" of his current platform then there's not a single good reason why he shouldn't use your site.

Like I said in my first post: The sites are completely incompatable since what I made is all in house. After he rejected my site I offered to make the PrestaShop modules for the front end of his current website. Long story short, he said no. That's when Darin started ripping images from my site.

Well in this case, as a community let's make sure Ken gets the point. I will be PMing him that he should use your website and anyone else that believes so should as well.

He can't ignore all of the emails/PMs but he can ignore this thread apparently.
THIS. People, if you think the site is great and want Ken to adopt it, then PM him!!! He does not read the thread and your voice will not be heard if you post here.

Yes, lewicki web site looks good; however, it is an unproven site.  Our current site is making 8X times what we are spending on advertising.  Also, there have already been some licensing problems with the site that lewicki developed.

Is there a case to argue that if an improved website was to be made to work then it would generate more than 8x advertising spend?

Yes, but you do not know that it will do that.  Also, there are a lot of back office functions that we use that are not in the lewicki site.

Good to see you online Ken. Can you give us a update in regards to the direction we are heading? Are we meeting our projected goals? Please share how Sept should play out as well as October so we know what is going on within the next 6-8 weeks before we start hashing.

I am sure he read my previous post. Not sure why you would choose to ignore someone straight up. So disappointing.

Any comment from the CEO on these questions could/would breech the NDA. A breech could lead to a lot of repercussions including cessation of partnership or a damages claim through the courts.

This will probably be buried by the time you get back on here, but would you at the least consider using hazryder's logo?  This is such an easy fix that would require less that two minutes to achieve.  I realize that the chances of changing the logo will not do anything to the staggeringly low share price, but at the least it would show that you are willing to listen to us.

Was I helpful or insightful?  Feel free to say thanks! 1PuoasR1dYtNq9yYNJj9NreDAfLEzc3Vpe

Ken.
A list was produced by one of the board members yesterday, and its generally felt the questions raised need your time and focus. When are these necessary issues going to be addressed?

PM him, he is really good at replying to PM's.

I had just done that myself and I suspect he's had a few emails about the website very recently so decided to come online briefly.

As disappointing as it is, I think he knows that if he stays online and starts responding to numerous posts, he might end up doing more damage than good.  I mean no disrespect by this, I just think he has learned from past mistakes on the AMC thread.

Based on Ken's response, it seems we need to target the possibility of layering the look and some of Lewici's functionality (The rack builder tool) over the existing website.

I disagree, I don't think his response suggested that at all.
