Our existing hardware assets from AMC liquidation 6 Avalon miners, currently running on BTC Guild under "Team AMC" for around 430 GH/s; An order of Avalon chips from steamboat's batch #1, for 68 Klondike-16 boards, rated at 68*16*282 = 307 GH/s; An order of 20,000 Avalon chips (end of May and beginging [sic] of June orders), for a combined hashrate of 20,000*282 = 5,640 GH/s.
In total, around 6,377 GH/s, expected to be fully operational in the middle of August.
Thus far, Active Mining has blown this projection by ~95%. In other words, mining @ < 5% of projected rate. As they say in the beer ad: Guys, it don't get no better than this. Are you implying that ActM should've foreseen Avalon taking a page from BFL? Should all projections be met with complete distrust? I'm simply stating facts. If you don't like losing, don't gamble. Haha, I didn't even say you were wrong Let's all just calm down. I'm asking why you're placing that blame on ActM. If i wanted to blame anyone, i would have. I'm not saying that you should distrust anyone. I'm simply pointing out that Active Miner is currently mining at less than five percent of the predicted rate. If you're happy with this, buy moar shares.

You said "ActM have blown" their projection by 95%. If you're attempting to say this isn't implicitly trying to assign blame, well, I'll leave it to other readers to form an opinion about that. I'm not exactly happy with this specific outcome, but I don't see it as evidence of incompetence within the ActM organization. It's simply misfortune.

You are arguing with someone who has been trolling for a long time. Better to have him on ignore. As far as your other question, I dont know exactly who is making the boards or who is putting the chips on the boards.. ect. One of the board can probably answer that one better than I.

Thanks for the heads up! Let's see if we can get Vbs in here to shed some light on how long it will take to get the bulk chips hashing after after receiving them.

I think there were some problems with running the samples, he can't get a full hashrate yet with the chips..

If you are not a native speaker of American English, i understand -- neither am i. I'll help you out with the quirky colloquialism "blown." It roughly means failed, missed by a large margin. Its use in a sentence: Active Miner expected to hash at 6,377 GH/s by the middle of August, but miscalculated by more than ninety-five percent. Boy, have they blown it!If you feel that missing projections by 95% is *not* pure fail, what is? I'm not exactly happy with this specific outcome, but I don't see it as evidence of incompetence within the ActM organization. It's simply misfortune.
Corporate management is judged by results, or at least ability to evaluate risks & make accurate predictions. Active Miner failed to take this "misfortune" into consideration, or chose to ignore the possibility. This is indicative of the fun to come. Enjoy.

I think you will find crumbs is icebreaker - one in the same. Check out the crumbs post history for a few pages - reference to Marx, frequent posting of comedy pictures, occasional foreign phrase quoted, very similar sometimes identical writing style.

lol that was my suspicion right from the start. The fact you developed the same suspicion makes this very likely indeed. He must have a lot of time on his hands. He is picking up cheap shares constantly, but the time to do that is running out. I talked to gerald today (ken was out) and things are going to happen fast here in the next week. Get ready for good times.

didn't realise it was spotted before. the guy is a slimey creep and his obsession with running down this company can only mean two things, he is clinically insane or he is trying to manipulate price for some reason. does anyone actually think he has any icedrill?

Oh, I completely understand, my point wasn't for him to break the NDA but perhaps release some information not covered under the NDA which he would obviously first get permission to release. I do feel that other topics could be discussed such as distribution plans, price point, marketing opportunities, ideas for the website (besides that it needs to be updated, I know some people posted solid ideas which is great.) Basically I think people want Ken to update us on ActM the company. Obviously some of this stuff would be jumping the gun, and these are just ideas, but that's why we're here, no?
With regard to the NDA, it's a deliberate catch all for a very good reason. There is no way around this without risking the project and there isn't a good reason to do that, even though it's frustrating for all of us. The other points are all good and are under discussion as we speak. They are also examples of why a regular key shareholder meeting will be held. The advisory board has only just been confirmed and will gradually work through as much as we can. Please also bear in mind that we're volunteers who have day jobs and families. We'll work our butts off to make this project great though Meanwhile, this thread keeps being hijacked which is getting in the way of meaningful discussion. Anything that you or we say or want to discuss will just get hijacked I'm afraid. Welcome to Bitcoin Talk Securities! StuartUK, please can you ignore them now and don't reply at all. Make the thread better for the rest of us.

FYI, Ken showed up in LABCOIN thread. If ActiveMining doesn't tape out until late September, they won't have their chips till when, January?
theyre taping out right away. Joint news release with easic and activemining expected by monday. My advice: invest in labcoin and activemining. They will both be big players. I don't even know when we will do a join press release, so it can not be expected Monday.

ACTM's BTC conversion process is completely unrelated to eASIC's NDA, which covers things that happen after the NRE is paid (not how ACTM raises the cash for it).
Even if Avalon/Yifu hadn't stolen our chips, 66% of spec hashrate at this late date is an even worse, completely separate fiasco, because we don't have working boards on which to put them.
According to Ken, an eASIC press release will not be released in the near future, much less this Fri/Mon.
ACTM's reason for using eASIC's Nextreme, faster time to market, no longer applies as HashFast, etc. tape out far more powerful full custom 3rd gen 28nm chips.
Because of his demonstrated honesty and merit, I hereby appoint Bargraphics Vice-Chairman Emeritus for life.

here's an example of what your current screen should look like as per certain accounts in this thread that won't STFU: Mine does, the problem is when people quote them. I hate to ignore them too, since they are good people usually.
