lol this blatant trolling is ridiculous. The board just got elected and we just started making our own chip. Smart long-term shareholders would expect delays but you trolls are either impatient or need to get a girlfriend and/or a job. I know if I wasn't interested in something I wouldnt spend everyday checking the threads and responding to my FUD religiously. You guys really need to find something to do in life. Jerking off 10 times a day apparently isnt cutting it

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Yes please stop quoting and responding to the trolls.  I hate to have to ignore the people arguing with the trolls cause they have good input sometimes.

I'd just like to have an estimated date about when the NDA should end

I would like to know when the NDA should end as well also how it will end. What needs to be taken care of prior to the NDA being lifted?
I guess it's also covered by the 'NDA'.

There are lots of things that should not be covered by NDA.

What about controller board designs? You're going to need a ton of PCBs, have you guys figured out the design? Do you have the BOM and the gerber files?  Have you contracted a PCB Mfg to produce the boards? What about an SMT line for assembly? What about the interface protocol and software support?

None of that stuff should be covered by an NDA or even related to eAsic (unless you're having them do the boards as well, but then there's still no reason to have an NDA)

Had to poke my head in here when I saw the divs.

There is absolutely no reason, with confidence dropping the share price, why Ken or PR should not make an announcement regrading eASIC at this point.

It's astoundingly frustrating and makes me feel like NOTHING is happening to make this company successful since nothing whatsoever is being said by those in charge.

My Fear Uncertainty and Doubt are in hyperdrive.

I think the best thing is to just remain patient. It's brutal, yes, but my confidence is still here. Whether I'm a total knob for thinking that is yet to be seen, but I'm holding.

Just hold and probably buy more while prices are cheap, one good announcement will change everything.

There is one major problem I am concerned about, and that is that there are serious problems happening at the moment, and Ken is hiding behind the NDA to cover this up, hoping to resolve the problems and then suddenly say that everything is fine in the future.

ie. the silence is because there is only bad news, use the NDA to say 'we can't say anything'.

There are so many facets of ActM that have nothing to do with eAsic, yet they too are not being spoken about.

How is it possible that EVERYTHING is covered by the NDA ... impossible!!

The silence is deafening

I feel like I've kissed my remaining investment good bye.  At one time I was a very large supporter ($150k + shares) now I'm not even 10% of that. This has been a great investment learning tool for me.  It's much better to hold short term and capture gains, than to believe the company line and hold on for divs.

I'm not bitter as I've done very well with this investment. I'm just bummed as I wanted it to work out long term.

Eh, I think ActM is making progress. Perhaps it's just a difference in what's assumed surrounding the absence of communication, but the bits of communication we have heard don't make me jump to seeing monsters under the bed.

It's definitely possible, but I just don't think it's reality.

Also, ActM will certainly see 0.005+. You must be joking....

I speaking of just the announcement of easic.

I'm sure it will be over .006 by end of year but short term this is a sinking ship.

This stock literally has nothing to show for itself right now.

There are a couple ways of interpreting things. One is that, as you say, it's a temporarily sinking ship (as you acknowledge end of year gains) and the other is that, for whatever reason, eASIC are adamant about this NDA. Maybe they have good reason to be; maybe they don't. But I'm not just going to jump to assuming the whole operation is on life support, just as I'm not preaching that CoinTerra better prep their collective rectum for the impending ActM pounding.

Let's all just relax.
