What "opposition"? Can you stop with the conspiracy theories for a bit, and actually try to understand the arguments?
Everyone on the exchanges is opposition, this investor market is only so big. Are you really that stupid? So please explain why crumbs, icebreaker and the other trolls are so persistent here when they don't even have any shares? Conspiracies do happen, that's why the word exists. We already have admitted trolling for money on this forum unless you forgot.

We already have admitted trolling for money on this forum unless you forgot. You only have their word that they have no shares. More than likely, people spreading FUD are trying to push the price down or just enjoy trolling. On the other hand, there's plenty of irrational boosterism to offset the obvious FUD, IMO.

eASIC have not said they are producing anything from VMC. That's a key thing we're waiting on.
No one here knows whether chips will be Sept, Oct or Nov.
Actually those are not the concerns raised. If those two things are really still a concern they you are all deeply fucked Uh, those are exactly the concerns raised repeatedly in this thread. For someone so genuinely concerned with the arguments, it's hard to see how you missed that.

But what about the arguments? What does that change?
Don't know what you mean. Edit~: Do you mean what does clogging up a thread with shit, arguments, lies and pictures of sinking ships achieve? It destroys confidence and makes people sell. You might think they are 'weak 'hands' but the trolling works otherwise it wouldn't happen. It also prevents a company getting it's message out there. Look at all the official posts that have been swept up under a barrage of FUD and forgotten about within 24hrs.

I think you should add Mabsark to the list to ignore, he's also here to spread shit.
Actually there seem to be a shed-load more trolls spreading shit on here than the other threads I've looked at. Serious question - is there an effort by the opposition to spread shit around this thread? If so they are doing an excellent job. Maybe if they had any skills in developing mining equipment in a timely manner they wouldn't need to shit-stir on here.
A sign they are seriously concerned by ACtM. Otherwise why would they bother??
Agreed that they are paid shills. They are acting way different than a regular troll like IceBreaker, these people are organized and committed (stalking this thread every single hour of every day). Luckily it is clear when someone has an agenda, so you can just poke the ignore button and they disappear forever.

I think that is from the bible. A common misconception. The so-called "prophet" of the Testament 2.0 fame plagiarized the immortal words of Ludwig von Mises. This proves, amongst other things, the existence of retroactive, inverse causation manifesting itself as unbound toroidosphere on both sides of the space-time continuum. --Max Planck

KnC has an FPGA system where 4 FPGAs have can emulate one KnC chip exactly (except for the speed). You populate the board with FPGAs, and you can test everything about the board including cooling. Even if the 'deets' on the ASIC were locked down by NDA (which they're not) the original FPGA design should not be covered, since it was designed by Ken.
Wow Everytime I learn about ActiveMining, it's worse than I thought. It's funny that KnC did that, while they don't really have to do it; they already have the orders and have no public shareholders. Or are they also selling chips? They're still selling miners, and obviously want to prove that they'll deliver. Plus, it's actually helpful for them to test and validate their box and PCB designs before their chips actually show up.

A question regarding the NRE and chips ...
We know Ken raised enough for the NRE during the IPO ... and we assume this has been paid to eAsic.
Once the whole development phase is complete, Ken will then need to order batches of chips.
Does Ken have $$/btc to then go and order a crap load of chips to ramp up hashrates??
If not, where/how will he get the extra money?

Well if he got a refund from Avalon, he should have lots of $$ to play around with.

I'm pretty sure he's also got some BTC laying around since the NRE was paid when the BTCUSD rate rose. There are also something like 120,000 shares not issued yet (out of 10,000,000) if really needed.

Yes: Just did a quick adding up of our funds. Converted @ 93.40 we have ~$890,000, so I am going to add 500,000 shares to the wall. We need funds to cover the 40-60 machines we are building, to finish paying for our prototypes, finish paying for the engineering of the prototypes, and some for general operating expenses. Also, we need some room just in case the price of bitcoins goes down.
