So a friend gave me .03 BTC and what should I do now? Well if that really happens I'm gonna invest it again in Bitcoin because I'm very confident enough that it will be worth a big fortune because I'm also sure that bitcoin will rise again just like what it did before, well we all know that bitcoin is on the top of all cryptocurrencies right now but it's market value goes down also as it also goes up, but in due time it will steady to rise it's market value recovering our losses and gaining profits at the same time.

you have 2 option, you can do altscoin trading or you can hold. if you do altscoin trading than u can earn bitcoin.

Not literally earn bitcoin but if you do altcoin trading, it is obvious that you still need to trade them in order to get a bitcoin out of it. I do not know what is happening to bitcoin but all i know is that the price is quite stuck in $14K for a week now, apparently this kind of prices in bitcoin do not stuck in one price but today, that is what's happening.

So long story short, a friend owed me for a favor and since I did not have bitcoin before he asked If I would take it in BTC. I didn't mind since I can cash out whenever.
My question is.. what do you think? Its a decent chunk of money for me to just hope something keeps rising, do you think I should "let it ride" or cash out and just be happy with ~$500?

Its up to you sir. Since he owed you and he paid you in bitcoin it is now up to you if you are going to let it grow or cash it out because it is already your money not him. But if I were you I will let it grow so you will have profit soon when the price of bitcoin rise up.

You can keep it and forget it. (of course, you have to remember your passphase) or you can use it to invest on other coins.
That's will increase your money. However, this should be take extra caution, you need basic knowledge to trade.

As per your current position, that's a lot of BTC to start in an investment. Furthermore, you have the freedom to spread out in any ventures that you want and not focus in one investment which there is a probability that it might fail sooner than you expected. You have to take good care of it even its just a gift. Investments are associated with risk and you can't totally avoid it, wisely spend your BTCs and carefully make a game plan so to reduce mistakes in the future. Anyways, goodluck to your decision and I do hope that gift will bring you good fortune in life.

If you are in dire need of cash, you change it to cash. But if not, you better hold it first and get more profit because bitcoin prices will continue to rise.

Well, it depends on you pal,  it you're gonna be contented in $500 then cash it out. If you want to earn more then keep it in your wallet and earn bitcoin or you could wait for the bitcoin value to increase more before you cash it out. So depends on you. For me, better earn more.

Your bitcoin depends on you. Much better if you hold it and let it increase its price and after  that the you can save the money you gain from holding. Don't sell unless it already an emergency that you need money. Be a wise investor. Hold bitcoin as it increase it price every minute. Don't do panic selling if ever the bitcoin price dumps.

That is a big sum of bitcoin use it wisely don't withdraw it yet since bitcoin can be a thousand dollar worth, make it a gift for your future don't be overwhelmed with the current price of bitcoin now. Don't be too happy for that $500 you can more than that just by holding it, think twice before cashing it out.

I would be so lucky then. I will save and store it until the perfect time to sell it comes. I can definitely buy a lot of stuff i want using this amount of bitcoin. This is too big actually. Bitcoin is such a blessing to everyone. Mind you, we will be able to invest then get doubled money and at the same time we will learn a lot of things.

cash out 0.03 btc is a good idea if he needs money but if he doesn't need money, I think he can do another thing to increase the amount. he can try to buy altcoin which could make him make another profit but he needs to learn about trading. there are many things that he can do with 0.03 btc although to hold is a good idea too for him.

Just  keep it in your btc wallet and let it stay there for a year or two. That will probably grow and for sure, you will be surprised of how much its worth by the time you open it back. Cheesy

yes, that is a good idea. No one can deny the Bitcoin value. you can save that Bitcoin as an asset or if you wanna join in the cryptocurrency, you also use that BTC to invest in some potential altcoin such as PKT or Livestars

0.03 is pretty much for trading, you can use it to buy altcoin and invest in altcoin, buy coins that are still cheap, lots of altcoin which the price is still under $ 1 and it is very suitable for your investment.

before taking it in trading he must have atleast some enough knowledge for it to be done yes it is hard but it was needed for trading is risky and the possibility of it are may not good enough if this was a good or not. so before take it in trading , knowledge and also make some study first.

0.3 btc is huge so i think if you want to increase that just hold it some experts says that bitcoin will become more popular in 2018 and maybe the bitvoin price will rise more then try to use that in trading but you need to take the big risk.

it's very good, and you are very lucky. you should save and hold BTC. wait and be patient a few months until you have the advantage of BTC that you hold.
