• Batch 3 & 4. The units of Product from Hashfast’s third production batch were guaranteed for delivery by March 31, 2014. Has anyone received anything from MPP, upgrade kits, batch 3, or batch 4 yet?

There is a group of customers in UK who have not yet received their refunds for their BabyCrap miners. If we don't receive our refunds from HashF&ck until the end of the week we are going to get our solicitor to get a freaking medieval on their asses

They have even stopped responding on forums.hashfast.com to customers saying that customer service isn't talking to them. The VP of Engineering answered the guy then 3 days later there are no posts on the forum from them at all....

Sweet got another excuse-gram from hashlast: Spring Shipping Updates, Evo Upgrade Offer and MPP Details Dear completely screwed sucker
First, thank you very much for being a HashFast supporter.
We are grateful for all of you who chose to participate in the Bitcoin mining community by choosing our products. We want to thank you for standing behind us over the past few months, and have no doubt that our shipping delays have caused you frustration. As a fledgling start-up, we have gained a great deal of experience in supply-chain management that, going forward, will absolutely help us better server our customers. Shipping Updates • We have finished shipping Batch-1, and we are currently working through Batch-2 which is anticipated to be complete in April, 2014. • Batch-3 shipments are anticipated be complete in May, 2014, and Batch-4 in June, 2014. • All Evo Batch-1 orders are still on-track for April, 2014, and Evo Batch-2 for May, 2014. Options to Upgrade to Evo Please note that Evo batches are not only manufactured faster than our first-generation boards, but are also built at a manufacturing facility separate from our first-gen Batch-2, 3, and 4 orders. And because we are able to produce Evo boards quicker, we would like to offer an upgrade to your order at no additional cost, with shipments beginning in late May, 2014. • For every 400 GH/s Baby Jet ordered, we will send you our Yoli Evo Mining Board as well as a power supply and liquid cooling system. This will get you hashing up to 800 GH/s, in an open configuration without the chassis (just bring your own controller). • For every 400 GH/s Baby Jet Upgrade Kit, we will send you a Yoli Evo Mining Board. • For each 1.2 TH/s Sierra ordered, we are offering to upgrade your order to a Sierra Evo Kit capable of up to 2.0 TH/s, composed of three Yoli Evo Mining Boards, chassis and three liquid coolers (just bring your own power supplies). If you wish to take advantage of any of these upgrade conversions, please reply to this email with your original order number(s) and further instructions will be provided. Miner Protection Plan (MPP) We will be shipping MPP after we have finished shipping to our Batch-2, Batch-3 and Batch-4 customers. It will consist of Yoli Evo Mining Boards and exceed the 4X capacity promise of 1.6 TH/s of mining performance. We expect to start shipping MPP in June, 2014. In Conclusion... We deeply appreciate your patience as we work through fulfilling all orders in our supply chain, and we hope these upgrade conversion options will provide a great way for you to be mining sooner than later — and faster! Thank You, The HashFast Team WTF happened to end of March?!? As an "UPGRADE" I get to get in the back of the line behind b1 Evo orders placed months later...despite ordering in Sept. of 2013?!? Some kind of appreciation for standing behind them! What a bunch of a-holes. Now they claim they'll ship my b2 order by end of april(FIVE MONTHS LATE), but don't worry you evo guys will get your orders at the same time. Never never ever dealing with another us manufacturer. They're all scammers and bs artists. In Conclusion... We deeply appreciate your patience as we work through fulfilling all orders in our supply chain, and we hope these upgrade conversion options will provide a great way for you to be mining sooner than later — and faster! Do they even read their own stupid-grams?!?

What the fuck? So they use batch 2, 3, and 4 customer's funds to come out with this evo, offer pre-orders for evos, and then fuck over customers from batch 2, 3, and 4 by placing them AFTER the pre-orders of evos? Where is that quote from? Did they email it, because I don't have any shipping update emails from them. (just bring your own controller) Also, what is a controller? Is that the RPi/computer or something else that we would need to buy?

Yes, and power supplies for sierra. The products went to icedrill which has totally hosed their investors thanks to choosing hashcrap. I'd like to "stand behind" hashlast...with a sharp metal object in my hand. This pos sierra from these thieves cost me 51Btc now worth $30k and now they tell me I can "upgrade" to an order for delivery at least a month later and I can bring my own power supplies. bunch of d1cks. If/when I ever calm down, I'll politely request that they NOT "upgrade" my order to be shipped over a month later. The email came from: The HashFast Team [support=hashfast.com@mail35.atl11.rsgsv.net] if anyone else wants to show their "appreciation" for hashcrap's scammy tactics.

I can no longer call them BFL 2.0. Not even BFL dared to ship new orders before old orders were sent (at least not open and blatently) . HF deserves to just be called Hashfast, the worst of all insults.

Is this a 1 man operation or what? And instead of automatically upgrading their faulty boards to evos they make you get in line again unless you want to keep your spot in the slow line for slow hardware.

We expect to start shipping MPP in June, 2014. 'expect' 'to start' - translation: You will get MPP in July 2014 if you are lucky (and HF still exists) That means it will likely take at least 11 months before my Aug 9 2013 order is finally complete and delivered. ...There was one other company that pulled a similar trick on me... what was it.. oh yeah BFL. You buy a Baby Jet for 50 BTC, and we ship it on October 25th. January 23, 2014 comes and goes, and it turns out that at the Baby Jet’s nominal hashrate, it would only have generated 25 BTC during that 90 day period. Calculated out, it would have taken an additional 400 Ghash/s of capacity shipped with your Baby Jet on October 25, 2013 to generate 50 BTC. We can’t go back in time to give you that 400Ghash/s. Instead, HashFast will double that and give you 800 Ghash/s in additional capacity ... in July 2014 http://hashfast.com/miner-protection-program/Again, the MPP is completely deceptive since it suggested the additional capacity would be granted directly after the the 90 day MPP window in order to give the customer a chance to achieve ROI (that is the protection part). MPP in June (or more likely July) is no protection at all.

I agree. I think BFL should be called hashfast beta instead. They really took screwing over customers to the next level. Even if they ship out 10,000% MPP it wouldn't matter because by the time they finally start shipping in july the market will be flooded with 0.5 j/gh miners
