Still waiting for a confirmation of why my funds aren't received after my bank confirmed that they have gone through the intermediary. One message from support which I replied to and nothing since my reply on 27th and numerous other tickets...

I'm sorry you haven't had a response from support - you'll get one today. We requested your deposit receipt a while back but I don't think we've received it. I sent a "field 20" reference which is what your bank would need instead of a deposit receipt. So I was told by my bank. I see - different banks seem to have different ideas about what is needed. Our bank wants more than the field 20 reference. They want to know the name on the sending account, the amount, bank name, BIC code, your account IBAN, the date it was sent, and whether it was a wire or SEPA. If you can't get a deposit receipt, it would help us if you send that info in your ticket. Ok, thats sent. Hopeful to see my new balance when your support wakes up as I go to bed!

2. The address is still up.
Can someone post this address? The address where i've sent my 0.25 bitcoin to saturday night: 12XaFVJQ4xZ17dRHaFaMGKTmDAk8FnXL3z Still not appeared on my funds. The address is about to expire in 21 hours on my account. This really is a big shame. I created my account last saturday and except the forum posts on the subject it just seems my 0.25 bitcoin is vanished. The address still shows up. It seems like Kraken tries to hide their errors/mistakes. What else will go wrong if we continue to use Kraken? To me it seems like this picture of the dictator saying everything is OK. @Dargo: Please take a look at request #18835. I'm actually tired of looking at the Kraken support page, this forum and the Kraken Twitter page every hour or so to see if and so, when my 0.25 bitcoin will be recovered.

The address where i've sent my 0.25 bitcoin to saturday night: 12XaFVJQ4xZ17dRHaFaMGKTmDAk8FnXL3z
So this problem https://blockchain.info/address/12XaFVJQ4xZ17dRHaFaMGKTmDAk8FnXL3z?sort=1 started 4 days ago. And one unlucky trader deposited 196 BTC. These are the facts so far. Dargo, can you sign a message using this address to confirm you have the privkey to / control it so that people's nerves can be soothed?

If the address had just been removed from the Kraken pages after it was found faulty that would have saved a lot of harm.

Our wallet setup is complicated so it's not going to be straightforward to do.

Update on the duplicate deposit address issue:
1) We're making great progress matching deposits to accounts and will credit user accounts no later than Friday, February 7th at 5 pm PDT.
2) We will sign a message using the duplicated address (12XaFVJQ4xZ17dRHaFaMGKTmDAk8FnXL3z) to confirm that we control it. This will happen no later than Wednesday, February 5th at 5 pm PDT. As I said before, doing this isn't straightforward with our wallet system, so it's taking some time to prepare.
Thanks again for your patience everyone.

Another day goes by having submitted all of the info requested in a timely manner and still no deposit. Kraken blames my bank - of which 3 different call centre people and one person physically in front of me in the bank have assured me that the transfer has passed through the intermediatary and into Kraken's bank. I'm not buying Kraken's response - I transfer bigger sums from my bank that I send all around the world all the time and it is always fine. Pissed off is an understatement at the moment.

I'd be pissed off too and it's frustrating for us as well, but we're not blaming your bank for anything. If the funds passed to our bank, they haven't been passed to our account yet. We got the information we requested from you yesterday and have forwarded that to our bank so they can search. One thing I noticed from the information you sent is that it looks like you didn't send the deposit in EUR. We highly recommend converting to EUR before depositing. While non EUR deposits will get converted to EUR, this conversion step just creates the possibility for delays and routing problems. I suspect the conversion was being done at the intermediary bank, and that may be why it was held up there. I know that this is hindsight that doesn't help in the moment, but it's still worth mentioning. This point about conversion is mentioned in our FAQ, but I think it should be made more prominent, say on the deposit page. Even if the conversion held it up, you should have it by now and we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue.

KRW withdrawals should typically take 1 business day.

Dear Dargo, I'm really angry because of your way of accounting fees. My sell order OKKJZB-KOO2K-ALDZLT has been marked "Closed", in green, which satisfied me at that time... But, actually, when I wanted to buy later (when price went down ) I discovered that 99% of my XBT were still here, not sold by the previous order. The reason: for "Insignificant volume remaining" the previous order had been cancelled. It's seems to be due to the fees, that your system could not take from my balance in euro (equal to zero before the transaction, but would have been positive after!!!!). PLEASE, could you either mark such orders as "Cancelled" OR simply take the fee after the transaction is done, in the currency having a non-zero balance by default? Such a behavior is so idiot! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you sure you have the right order number? That order is a buy at market order (not sell), which completed all but 0.00001 of the lots you wanted, hence the close with an insignificant volume remaining message.
