hmm.. there is no "panic" at the moment, but there are connection problems though.
They same I described some days ago...
At the moment it's ~ every 5-15 minutes that I have to refresh the page, because the connection is lost.

I can report the very same connection problem issues.
And not only when trading volume hits new highs,
but also during normal traffic time.

--
On a side note, this morning I had ordered a SEPA withdrawal
which in past had been processed usually in around 5-6 hours in average,
without exception - which is great and excellent speed.

However, today's withdrawal did not arrive yet - 12 hours since requested.
That's still way inside the time limits - but as I see this the first time happening to me, I thought I'd share the info.
(There might be others who also see a delay.)

There was nothing I did different, beside that I yesterday enabled
"Two-factor authentication" for Account Login and Funding/Withdrawals.
I am wondering if having that feature enabled triggers a few hours more waiting time
to add some extra security when withdrawing funds. Dargo?

EDIT: withdrawal arrived today 17.00 - all fine

I think you should wait until tomorrow, if you do not use a fidorbank account.
Because it seems the Fidorbank don't transfer anything today, at least I got no SEPA transfers from buyers from bitcoin.de today.
So this could be the reason for the delay.

Thanks for the reports. Some of our site monitoring has shown a few brief periods recently with slow response times. We're looking into it, but it could take some time to diagnose if it's hard to reproduce. We're definitely not seeing heavy traffic or volume right now, so it's caused by something else.

KrakenTrader - Two-factor wouldn't impact funding at all. It's probably the issue Serpens mentioned, but keep us posted.

No - it's up to users to appropriately report their bitcoin transactions in accordance with the tax laws in their country. In most cases we don't know the basis of your digital assets, so we couldn't make a useful report to the IRS anyway (i.e. one that would indicate whether or not you owe any taxes).

I recently got upgraded to tier4. Great stuff so far. However, now I cannot deposit anymore; all deposits receive the status "on hold". My limit is not reached and I also did not send a deposit with an identical amount in the past time. The problem is apparently on kraken's side.

Please resolve this issue quickly. RequestID #25220.

Hi Dargo,

I receive this message on your website no matter if logged in or not pretty often now:

Lost connection with server.
Displayed data may not be up-to-date, and certain actions may not be available.

What is this kind of issue? It began to appear several weeks ago, but recently it's really like every 2 minutes.

We're sorry for the connectivity issues some of you are experiencing - we've been looking into it and it appears to be a different issue from what we saw last week. The issue doesn't have to do with your browser, but Firefox doesn't always play well with our site, so you may see better behavior by trying a different browser.

The 502 bad gateway probably indicates a more localized issue with where you are, but of course there's still a more general connectivity issue.

The two held deposits have been released. It looks like it was just an error, but you can confirm with your agent on the ticket to make sure there won't be further issues.

Here the same server error message with "not up-to-date data" with firefox popping up every now and then (couple of times per day).

So which browser would you suggest when the two main browsers for Apple don't work properly?
Safari can't display the website. Firefox heavily lagging.
Are there any external trading software that can be used on kraken and one that you can recommend running stable on your system?
