I'd like you to review Ticket ID #25284 before I feel forced to post the issue here. As you can see Sophia is assigned to it and someone else is also involved and I do not recive any useful reply...

My deposit is also "on hold". I have sent only one amount. This happens for the first time. Generally fidor deposits are almost instant. Still no answer to my ticket.

Will surely be using bitcoin.de next time.

Just to make it clear:
If you sent 1000 Euro to Kraken 3 days ago it causes problems if you send another 1000 Euro today if there has not been another deposit with another amount in the meantime.

Hi Moebius - If you PM me your ticket number I can take a look at it for you.

If the deposit is from a Fidor account, we've had an issue with some transfers where we only receive your Fidor username through the API. This is a problem since we have to check to make sure the name on the bank account matches the name on the Kraken account. So, we have to put those transfers on hold until we can manually check that the names match. After we check once, we then whitelist your bank account so it won't happen again even if your real name doesn't come through the API.

Well the worst part is we as customers have to pay for your mistakes. I am still waiting for my deposit and I had the intention to buy at a lower price. Thanks for offering to help. I received an answer to my ticket within 24 hours:
