Thanks. I guess I'm holding till the deadline. Will there be any reason I cannot transfer the shares to Ken after BF cuts off all trading on the first?
You can certainly transfer your shares after November 1st, however holding afterwards would be a bit pointless perhaps? I'm not sure as I'm not in your position. Also Ken wants all transfers done before 6th November, so keep that in mind. Look at it this way. If I transferred the shares tomorrow afternoon, and then at 10:00pm a rally begins, I'm stuck. Now, realistically, the chances of that happening are highly unlikely, but then again if I risk losing nothing by holding till the trading cutoff happens, then there is really no reason not to leave myself open for opportunity, regardless of how small it might be. My guess is one I transfer the shares to Ken, it is going to be December at the earliest before we see Color Coins go live and I'll be able to start trading again.

2 - Cryptostocks have very little shares, if there is enough over there then it might be an idea, but remember low volume markets are terrible. I think Cryptostocks have 50,000 shares of ActM in total.
Cryptostocks have 600,000 shares but their orderbook is practically empty.

I live in the US and would like to double check with you guys about transferring shares on Bitfunder ( since they are closing to US citizens ). Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else, I'm just a little paranoid of transferring shares, since I hold a large amount.
Can someone verify the below steps are correct.
1. ) Transfer all of your shares to AMC-TENDER on Bitfunder.
2.) Make the transfer before December 1st.
3.) Set your public Bitfunder bitcoin address to an address that can be signed.
Is that it or is there something that I'm missing?
Thanks!

To the guys worried about losing out on the next rally. Well its my personal opinion but now is not the time to sell on a rally and hope to buy low. You need to remember the waiting game that we have had since price first made 0.007 then retreated is almost over. There will be no more weeks and weeks of no news soon and so very little space for price to consistently move down.
Not that it won't rally, slide and recover - every stock does that - but the momentum will always be to the upside and if you sell on a rising stock you need to be very lucky to get back in below where you exited. So you could all be selling at a price you will never see again. Its common sense when you think that all news soon will be positive.
So again my own opinion but this is a firm hold now and anyone trying to play the rallies is playing a very very difficult game.
My advice would be buy everything you can now and hold for the divs. It we are a success the divs will outstrip the share price in a short space of time. This could go only one way (up) for months and months to come.
EDIT--- just to illustrate that, have a look at the G.ASICMINER-PT chart on Bitfunder from begining of March through to end June. This is what I'm talking about, 4 months of one-way price movement. It's not worth the hassle trying to sell into that movement, or the risk, IMO.

Haha they won't have much choice after November 1. Either they aren't verified on Bitfunder so they can't trade, or they are verified and there's no liquidity because of the shutdown! Bitfunder is not far from death at this point.

Bitfunder is not far from death at this point. 'shutdown'? Do you mean prohibiting US citizens from having accounts on Bitfunder? How is BF going to die? Not that I have any reason to suspect there is likely to be any significant announcement in the next few days leading to a rally, but what if, as Ken hinted in a recent pm to another shareholder, there is in a few weeks time, and a lot of previous shareholders buy back in with new shareholders suddenly joining the party? Surely this would lead to a big surge and push the share price up. With the promise of 100% divs until 0.0025btc per share is paid out and a common perception that ActM is on track to be a success, those shares still up for grabs would become hot property. It's going to be interesting to see how this unfolds as I believe there are people who may be well positioned to turn a profit and others who may see potential but be powerless to act.

Bitfunder is not far from death at this point. Bitfunder is in play because there is no other option. Due to that alone it is not going to die. America is not the only country in the world. While blocking US citizens has damaged prices across the board significantly, it is not the be all and end all.

As i understand it, people who freeze to death experience warmth and a flood of contentment during their final hours.
Why don't you try it and get your next of kin to let us know.

'As I understand it' does not equate to proof, infact it's self-admitted conjecture, which is why I suggest you find out first hand.

Well, the documents have public information, like your name and address, I've made many, many, verifications like this one... Can someone do something bad with the data?

Yes of course.. If data are leaked or they (the service) go berserk, they can use those document and pretend to be you on other site (ie. exchanges, social network, etc). Results are obvius and dangerous.
