This thread has COMPLETELY lost it's mind.

So we are now asking the CEO not to cash in his shares for profit until after he has proved to us he's not  a scammer?  Even if Ken WAS at it, his agreeing to this wouldn't scupper his evil agenda.

I will not +1 the open letter because while it started well and discussed the issue of communication, I don't agree that making ultimatums like this one is in any way productive.

Ken can cash share for profit no worries, but Ken bought quite high and would have to sell at a loss. It would not be good for our reputation with the CEO cashing in shares at a loss.

Anyway the main reason I +1'd was because I want to see more transparency and the shareholders being more united is a good thing.

The letter casts doubts on Ken's honesty.

He already stated that the first products had been shipped to customers so why demand verification?

If I was him that's what I'd be confused about. "But I already told them we had shipped our first products."

Where is the mystical customer? We have no customer evidence.

We just want more information and are all in the dark.

You're the only shareholder that does not want more information, and that is very interesting, considering you're one of the largest.

I didn't say I don't want more information, I do.  I also want to see Ken post updates more frequently.  Fortnightly would be ideal, something that he could write in 15mins, just a brief update showing tangible results.  But making a demand for evidence to prove he's done something that he's already said he has, isn't the way to go about it.  This lowers trust when we want to build it.  Can't you see that?

Edit: showing Ken the shareholders are untied in the request for greater communication is a good thing.

It was a reasonable demand from Labcoin shareholders, and it's a reasonable demand from Activemining shareholders.

Don't bother posting when you go off-piste like that VE, it really does make reading your posts a waist of time.

Yes I can see that, I think that the investors are a little frustrated because the reality is that we can't actually do anything. It doesn't matter if we trust Ken or not because the outcome is the same, the company either does well or it doesn't and we have no control.

We want to feel in control, we want Ken to know that the consensus is that all the investors want more information. We are all scared and confused because we have no idea what is happening anymore. The curveball with Intellihash really threw things out of the comfort zone and the delays are confusing because the entire benefit of our contracting company (eASIC) was speed.

We are lost and confused, some of us want at least a little reassurance that Ken still believes in this company.

Ken,

I want to say first, thank you for the work you are doing for the company and your resolve in operating in such a competitive environment and with so much at stake.

For the past several hours, many of the top shareholders have met in IRC and discussed the "communication issue" as we see it. We have received sporadic communication from you for various reasons having to do with operating under an NDA as well as SEC guidelines. We also understand the desire to keep certain proprietary information hidden from competitors.

Due to communication being so tight, we are in a position where we do not currently KNOW why chips are delayed. It was implied that this was a choice made by you so that Intellihash could be implemented. We believe that competing effectively is necessary for AMC's success, however we have no information as to how Intellihash affects our timeline.

While we are not yet listed on an exchange, we are making a public request that you assent to not sell any of your personal ACTM shares until it can be verified that customers have received their shipped orders and until shareholders have a more clear understanding of the timeline moving forward.

This is simply a request to demonstrate good-faith and help re-establish trust among shareholders.

Please respond to this before we go live on Crypto-Trade.

Thank you for everything and keep up the great work!

Things of this importance is worth spamming a bit.

Is this in reference to the 15Million shares of his or his own smaller personal amount (I'm pretty sure someone said he had a smaller personal amount of shares.) DAE see that price dip? Crazy man. =) (I jest).

I'm working on it.. but I want to talk to Ken first

Yeah yeah.

Ok so lets see your claims:

You know someone who knows someone in eASIC and they know something about our operation, the news is bad.
Source:
A friend of mine talked to someone from eASIC today and I have some information I would like to share with key people in this thread.  Very disturbing actually.. more details tomorrow, not sure how much i want to share publically at this point until we make some necessary phone calls

Conclusion:
??????

A customer will receive a miner, you have been in talks with this person. Confirmed Bullshit

Source:
VE deleted his post, or someone deleted it.

Conclusion:
Also you said that a customer is going to take delivery of an ActiveMining machine, is this apart of your post or was that BS?
it was BS

Babefoot is not who he says he is, talks with Ken are in progress.
Source:
I have a big post today, folks...
I have done a lot of research and found some very disturbing things.  I don't even care if it makes my shares worthless, everybody needs to know this.
It has something to do with "babefoot" and who he really is
I'm working on it.. but I want to talk to Ken first
Conclusion:
?????

Ken, I expect conclusion from you to my PM within 1 hour or post the information.

Tune in for an episode of "Babefoot unmasked" in our Christmas special, narrated by the masterful VolanicEruptor[sic]! Yes that 'c' is meant to be missing!

Can someone post a timer

1 - Nope, stop being lazy you attention seeking whore, and...

2 - You replaced your own post with the time inside.
