So who else remembered what real life was like for a few days there with no bitcointalk to sit infront of all day?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Ken does this mean there are Bitfunder account holders, with no connection to Active Mining, that are able to login to Bitfunder? I am locked out from BF.
The Asset list on BF shows an account holding 8.6 million shares. Does this mean there are 1.4 million in limbo that will not be tradeable once we get listed on Cryptostocks? Which will be when please?
I hope you are able to achieve a satisfactory outcome working with Danny from Neo without having to go down the legal route. He makes good sense imo.
I was able to log in to bitfunder as late as yesterday but am also currently locked out. Also, we will be listed on crypto-trade, not cryptostocks (that's where we were very briefly and illquidly listed a couple months ago)

Funniest thing I read on Reddit this weekend was 'Who'd have thought Bitcoin prices would take such a huge dive just because bitcointalk got hacked'. He was being serious too. What a Muppet. It wasn't you was it?

Are they being transferred to CT? Anyone know?

Anyone know if 2FA will be available on crypto-trade? If it isn't then that's an issue for me.

They have email Verification apparently as an option. If you use a gmail account you can enable 2FA on that. Would that be as secure as on-site 2FA?

Nope. 2FA must be required for all trades and withdrawals. Also the withdraw address must be set permanently and have a 30 day block if you want to add another address. (So you can withdraw to the old address in that time, but not the new one until the time window has expired.) The way BTCT.co did 2FA was very good.

Well if they don't have email veri. as an option for trades and withdrawls as well as login then they need it because they are going to be handling massive orders of magnitude more BTC very soon.
Only 15BTC traded today on there. They are small time and they may need to improve their security to handle ACtM shares and large BTC balances safely.

What are we getting into? The shareholders that have replied in the last several pages collectively hold thousands of Bitcoin in shares, I really think Havelock would have been better for liquidity and security. I asked Havelock about setting up a pass=through and they said no, but they replied a few weeks later saying that several other people have enquired and that they will try to reach out the company to list us. It looks like nothing happened.

So, can someone with a brain tell me what's the use of AMC-TENDER and why the migration solely can't happen with the public asset list?
No idea, maybe the entire drama around AMC-TENDER is a distraction?

There could BTC a clue in the fact that a process existed. Do keep up. Oops. Quoted a troll. Apologies. I'll try and avoid that unless I decide to ignore them again. Can't believe that my ignores were reset.

There really is no purpose of AMC-TENDER, that is correct. The public asset list should have been enough. The only advantage I can possibly see is that some shareholders might have been left behind, especially those with such a small amount of shares they didn't bother with the transfer, in turn increasing the value of the other shares or allowing Ken to get his hands on those "missing shares". In this sense, there truly is a "Share Monster" (remember we used to joke about that?)

FUCK OFF All Trolls
FUCK OFF All Trolls
I'm trying to understand you.. anything negative is considered trolling? So what is the point of discussion then if it's only one sided? Tell me what the purpose of AMC-TENDER is if you think I am being illogical. Try actually discussing something with those who are skeptical.

Q1) Why are the Trolls out in force?
A1) Because we are about to be listed again on a trading exchange.
Q2) Why are they interested?
A2) Because they want to manipulate, scare and frighten current holders into selling their shares at rock bottom prices where they will mop up and make a killing.
They will pretend to be taking part in a sensible discussion now so that they can build up your trust before posting extremely negative views just before we go live to scare you into selling low.
It's worked before, it will work again if you let them turn you into a victim.

How many shares are you holding?
