I will recommend you to have at least 5KM walk daily and do a proper diet. And go to the gym for a proper exercise. Like this, you can easily lose weight. You need to work hard and do not lose hope in the middle.

The easiest way is to stop eating after 6-7pm and cut the sweets.
Bear doesn't help either.
Little physical activity can do wonders.
