I know you said apart from exercise, but that's really the most important thing in losing weight. If I work out hard enough, I can drink Starbucks and eat chicken nuggets everyday and still lose weight, for example. But if I do that and don't exercise...its over. I'll gain weight super quickly. Either super restrict your diet (high protein, low carbs, low sugars, low sodium, a lot of veggies) and forgo working out, or exercise a lot and eat whatever. Whats best is a decent diet with a decent amount of exercise, though.
Yup, I very much agree with you. However, exercise is very important when you diet, exercise has an influence greater than you do diet foods, the diet that you do will quickly succeed if you do both.

Apart from exercise there is also the perfect solution for it, and its DIET. Start eating your usual appetite at the start then little by little remove a small amount of it for your start of diet. with so little at the end. Start eating some vegetables, leafy green foods are the best. Tea is also useful at its best. to loose weight you have to follow proper diet. eat healthy foods. less carbohydrates, less sugar, and the foods that contains fats. try to drink 1 liter of water a day to help your metabolism flow softly and also to clean your stomach. much better if you drink more water everyday and of course, try to hold yourself from eating a lot of foods specially during the night.

Weight loss programs can be done by regular exercise such as walking, aerobic exercise and jogging. But this is certainly true for a lot of time, whereas for those who do not have the exact time it is very difficult to do this. For those who have less spare time to do the sport of course there are other ways that can be done that is a lot of motion.
I agree with you. I also think that weight loss can be achieved through regular exercise. I will take a walk and other sports every time I finish eating! This is very good for my body!
