Weight loss is simple, just exercise in the morning and with a proper diet will have a better body, I think should go to the gym.

Weight loss require personal discipline in your daily calorie intake. Try Garcinia some say it's effective in losing weight. I'm trying it now I hope there is an effect on me.

 befote eating  drink 2 glasses of water this can help you feel fuller when you eat so that the portion of the meal will be less

consume proper and get some exercise.  all of it boils right down to taking in much less calories than you spend for the duration of the day.

Watch unepunchman for motivation, or Naruto.

Remember: at least walk 10000 steps each day (like 5km).

Whenever I hear people talk about losing weight, I get a special feeling. In fact, I feel really lucky lmao. I really find it hard to explain. For some reason, I can't seem to ever gain weight myself. But one thing I know is it really doesn't sound good to take medications for weight loss. Sounds more like a lazy shortcut. And life has taught us that shortcuts mostly cause trouble. Do the workout. Change your eating habits. It might be slow and strenuous, but it's always worth it in the end.

There  are a number of people that suffer from obesity, or have weight-related diseases that give them health problems. It doesn’t have to be that way though. There are tons of resources available to keep you healthy, or help you get healthy.
