I recommend starting to eat healthy food: abandon the sugar and flour products (it's to start with). Also, it's good to eat less fried and salty food. You can add to this jogging or other types of activity (for example, I don't like to jog because it's boring, so I prefer competitive sports or yoga) - at least 2-3 times a week.

I think if you want to lose weight, you should not weigh your weight, stay fit, and have a healthy diet.

It is very easy if you are determined. Do more exercise, and eat less. Then your weight should be lost.

It's too long to tell.. Smiley

1. Drink more WATER
Your body needs water to maintain basic operation, and high quality of metabolism. It really help to have a healthy mental and physical body.

2. Don't diet, eat healthily
Cal yr basal metabolic rate, and dont diet if you didnt excess yr bmr. Just balance yr meal then

3. Sleep well
I think no need to explain fot this Grin

Stop eating, just drink a water .  Cool

Don't do that, my relative was making fun of me that I'm not really fasting as I'm drinking juice, coca-cola and kefir so I tried this method and after few days I got so strong abdominal cramps like I was going to gave a birth (I'm male btw). I had to scream and push my legs against the wall, I thought it's GAME OVER for me. It was probably due to lack of electrolytes because earlier I was able to fast for 5-6 days without any problems of that type.

I've done a lot of research into weight loss, and I can safely say that the easiest way is to not eat lol.

It's not about working out, it's not about taking fat-burning supplements... it's not about boosting your metabolism... all this shit only burns like 300 calories max per day. Yes. Even if you ran a mile everyday, you would burn only 116 calories. That's BS. That's not even a meal.

But look at it this way, one meal is probably 600 - 1000 calories (or more). All you need to do is skip one meal a day to burn 600+ calories.

It takes willpower to skip a meal and not overreat the next meal. But that's really the easiest way. Skip 10 meals (10 days), and you're looking at at least 2 - 3 pounds lost.

Of course, we're not talking about just skipping a meal. You should eat during that time, but instead of eating calories, just eat the essentials -- veggies (not potatoes or other carb-filled shit), just leafy greens.

If you're lacking protein, have an egg with your veggies. An egg only has 78 calories, so it's negligible compared to the 700-cal meal you would've eaten.

And this is the true way to lose weight. You have to focus on your diet rather than focusing on working out.

But on the flip side, if you do high intensity workouts for 3 hours straight, you'd be burning 1000 calories.

But then you'd have to ask yourself: Would you ratehr work out in the most intense way for 3 hours a day? Or would you rather not have a burger or pasta for dinner? Which one is easier?

How to lose weight is to eat various types of vegetables, adequate protein and fat intake. Some types of vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach can help you launch a diet program and also maintain a healthy body. Although you eat a lot of vegetables, but you do not have to worry because you will not be overweight or obese.

Eat less, good food not junk and workout more, period.

Aside from being physically active, you should be mindful of your food intake. You may start doing calorie count of all the meals you will be eating in a day. Ofcourse, it is also important to opt healthy food choices, for example steamed vs fried, vegetables vs junk food.

If you suffer from hypersensitivity, medications that cause slimming is not adviseable for you, especially the ones that cause allergic reactions. I think you should stick to a consistent diet. Always be mindful of your food choices. Choose healthy meals and limit your caloric intake.

Some excerise would not hurt  Grin but quick tips:

1. Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

Never drink any drinks with color. Only drink water. Removing sugars and starches (carbs) from your diet will reduce your appetite, lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger.

2. Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables

Some examples of Protein Sources
Meat: Beef, chicken, pork, lamb, etc.
Fish and Seafood: Salmon, trout, shrimp, etc.
Eggs: Whole eggs with the yolk are best.

Some examples of Low-Carb Vegetables
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spinach
Tomatoes
Kale
Brussels sprouts
Cabbage
Swiss chard
Lettuce
Cucumber

Some examples of Fat Sources
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Avocado oil
Butter

Assemble each meal out of a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. This will put you in the 20–50 gram carb range and significantly lower your hunger levels.

Of course consulting with a professional who could make you a custom diet is the best option.
