How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
There are many ways to lose weight.
The most important thing is sports.
 And minimizing food. And increased physical activity.
But heredity is stronger than everything in this area.

In my method if any one eat vagetables or eat fresh fruit in every night another 1 or 2 month and everuy morning eat some breakfast then i think he can lose his weight.

Please don't take this the wrong way, I don't mean this to sound condescending, but it's a very simple equation = expend more calories (energy) than you eat.

Get to know your portions:
Portion of protein - palm of your hand
Portion of carbs - one handful
Portion of veg - double cupped handful

Try a calorie tracker to get yourself in the habit, they do help but it's easy to become obsessive with them. Losing excess weight should be part of a long term healthy lifestyle. Don't be fooled by gimmick diets, they are conjured up by marketing teams to sell something and will usually end up with your weight yo-yoing, which is very unhealthy. The weightloss industry is worth billions worldwide!

And please, consider doing some excercise. Just start with going out for a walk a couple of times a week, then build from there. You'll be surprised how much you start to enjoy it!

I do jogging every morning or if I am not lazy to do it without eating breakfast. This is pretty healthy to do because of all your body parts are functioning especially your heart. If you do this every day in a month you will see the difference.

I've search about intermittent fasting and looks so interesting, imagine not eating for 16 hours and only just water or any liquid substance, maybe i'll give it a shot and test if I can. Distracting myself from other things to do like betting games or video games will be very useful for losing weight.

Thank you for sharing this incredible new method of losing weight. If it would have been that easy fat people wouldn't exist anymore. Losing weight is not easy and you have to eat according to a diet plan while going to the gym or making daily exercises or some kind of sports. For the OP:I am not going to write everything you need to do here since it's a list of multiple things you have to do everyday. Do some research or hire a trainer and don't listen to people who have no knowledge about this.

Lose weight is more harder than gain weight. When you want to lose your weight you should work very hard for it. You should maintain proper life style, proper rules, proper food everything should going for it.
Join gym and workout everyday minimum 2 hours control your habit of eat, ignore junk food, alcohol, rich food etc.
Going to bed early & wake up early and going for exercise this is the most important thing to lose weight.

I think the first thing is to do a medical checkup, with tests to know what levels you have sugar, triglycerides, among others.. Eating habits should pay attention to it, and if you consume many foods that contain a lot of sugar, many fats should be eliminated progressively. What if in between those meals OP eats fatty foods like Junkfoods of burgers,fries and many lot more?does it mean he will lose weight?i guess its a no ?
Eating fruits and vegetables are very essential for weight losing but other foods must be consider and the best way is limit the foods intakes and just focus on fruits and veges for best results,and ofcourse exercise regularly for maintaining good health

It doesn't matter what you eat daily as long as you achieve your required number of calories and micronutrients. In order to lose weight you don't necessarily have to avoid chocolate or fat foods at all and think they are restricted to you. As long as those junk food fit it your daily nutrients requirements it's OK to eat them.
