Losing weight is not easy because you need patient losing weight. Im fat before but I go to gym 4 times a week so my body now is fit and having a muscle is good figure . Jogging is also good to burn fats and good for the heart too to become more healthy.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
1.Eat plenty of fruit and veg
2. Don't skip breakfast
3. Get more active
4. Eat high-fibre foods

There are very many methods now and it's really individual, for some people some methods are the best, and for some the same ones aren't effective at all so I can just share with my own experience and maybe some of my tips will be useful for you too.
So the most effective ones in my case were:
- avoiding too much sugar and starches in your daily menu
- eating low carb vegetables and food which is a source of fat and protein
- making your exercises regurarly (if it's a basic and not too difficult complex, then you should make them every day, if you prefer gym more,than visiting it 3–4 times a week will be ok)
- leaving one day per week for eating more carbs
- drinking water a half hour before meals
- drinking coffee/tea for boosting your metabolism
- sleeping enough every night (the lack of it is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain)

Also it's recommended by professional doctors/trainers to check your hormones before the start or later in the process if you don't see visible results after a long time of the weight loss work. For example lack of human growth hormone often causes the weight gain and demands treating in natural or medical ways https://www.hgha.com/hgh-injections-for-sale, also high cortisol, low thyroid and testosterone are a widespread reason for too slow/inefficient weight loss.

Balanced diet will help us to lose weight but the important things is daily workout even if e have heavy weight we can get the body under shape when we workout on regular basis.

Gaining weight in the season closer to the summer. At this time, I do more exercise than usual. A couple of weeks and without excess weight. The most important thing is to move!

I believe that diet is not so effective as just keeping eating healthy food and doing exercises. You must not make yourself eating what you don't like. You have to control the quantity of food you like.

I consistently run 5-6 hours a week, this is enough to be in good shape. Wink
If you want to lose weight, then run 10 hours a week will be enough.

It's very easy to lose weight, you just need to eat a healthy diet, foods that are rich in minerals, vitamins and most especially FIBER. So that, you should eat whole wheat grains such as oat meal, brown rice and wheat bread. But, do not forget to minimize your sugar , sodium and carbohydrates intake, You should avoid those junk foods, cakes, ice cream, white bread and white rice..  

Anyway, if you want to lose weight faster, exercise is a key and a glass of lemon/lime juice every morning. If you want hear more about proper diet just reply here Smiley I can help you guys all the way as much as i could Smiley)

From my own experience I can say that all that methods for fast weight loss aren't more than just a myth. Physical exercises and diets are your best
buddies for this case but yeah, it'll take time, at least several months for getting visible results and longer if you're very overweighted. And in case of diets I really don't recommend to try the strict ones, their help will be short but a general effect on your body will be definetely harmful.

Coolsculpting is a body modification procedure which helps to destroy fat cells with the help of a special device, I tried it here https://mediluxe.ca/en/ several years ago. What can I say... It's really helpful, especially for the 'complicated' areas of body like hips for which physical exercises aren't always effective, and this procedure is cheaper and less harmful for the body comparing with popular liposuction. However general price depends strongly on a certain number of sessions that you'll need for your case, usually it's not the one.

But I should warn you that it's helpful only as an addition to your other methods of weight loss, if you make only coolsculpting and nothing more, you can easily gain weight again and besides in that areas of body which you didn't try to change during the previous procedure. Sadly it's the same like in case of strict diets.

Well, if you have hypertension losing weight is an extra hard achievement for you because you need to be careful about what exercise you are doing right? I suggest that take is slowly and find some exercises that don't need a lot of energy. Do some cardio but remember to rest.

Not too much carbohydrates better to maintain foods have high carbohydrates because that's the reason for the person to become fat more protein is important and balance diet and exercise is the best to lose weight and you will be build muscle for sure.
