You can easily loss your weight by skipping cold drinks, oily food, junk food, and also chocolates and sweets. Make their own workout routine. Less eat and do more workout.

You can do caloric deficit diet. Surely you will lose weight.
I tried caloric deficit diet a few months back. It worked wonders (obviously), but I was so starved by the end of it...

ofcourse do sports. start slow and increase by time. Like running etc.
I think this is a great way to lose weight fast...
but not everyone wants to do sports, they think it's a waste of time. for those who are lazy to exercise but want to lose weight, there are many weight loss supplements that are sold in drug stores.

In this lockdown since was at home so had gained some weights. But by getting involved with some exercise,  running few kms in a day, getting control on diet and following it properly is helping me to get back in shape and also to lose some extra kilos gained during this time.

alcohol use and changing the circadian clock made me lose 10 kg. But you shouldn't do that. Can change diet and exercise.

It is simple - stop eating ANY industrial sugar Smiley eat ONLY natural sweet products

I can second that. Try avoiding industrial made sweets, maybe switch to fruits if you still grave for sugar. Or just skip it at once.

I am overweight and while searching for videos that will help me lose weight. One mentor said what you have said. It's about 80% that's more important is the diet.

Even if you do good exercise and you do it regularly but if you keep eating much, the effect will be lesser.

But with proper diet, the effect will be much better.

Its easy to lose wait as long as your willing to sacrifice just to lose weight,  from eating plenty, make it less. Sleeping hobby change it to exercise. Avoid things that will make you quit in lossing your weight.

There are millions of people who say otherwise, losing weight is very hard once you are older. Just look at all the weight losing programs there are out there. If it was easy there wouldn't be a billion dollar industry behind it. Changing a daily routine is pretty hard if you have a busy day with work and looking after your kids. And especially now during winter most of the time we spent indoors, so making time for sports should be a priority but it is still hard.

How do you lose weight
Control your food. Eat less fatty foods, less sweets. Eliminate all baked goods, cookies. Take walks in the forest, in the park. Go to the mountains. Go to the river, go swimming. In short, you need to move at least 5 miles a day.

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?

I agree with the others that you need to consult a doctor first. Ask what food to eat for you to have a balance diet. Try drinking hot lemon water every night if possible, it may be a slow process but it is an effective one.
