Where from is the BTC/USD exchange rate when calculating the maintenanse fees ? I cannot find it in T&C.

Well the maintenance fees is not a fixed costs, it will change based on their cost of electricity. CEX/Ghash also halved their maintenance fee by essentially bringing on more efficient miners on their network

Maintenance fee is fixed for a period of time. It used to be $0.18 GH/s per month and now it was reduced to $0.105 GH/s per month due to newer qnd more efficient equipment deployed I believe. The maintenance fee is being paid on each block in bitcoin. My question is where from  the exchange rate BTC/USD is take to calculate the fee. Is it average daily/hourly/or from the last 15 minutes exchange rate form BTC-e, bitstamp or CEX.io? This is a funadamental question and it seems I have a problem with getting an answer. Or perhaps it is somewhere in T&C but I failed to spot it.

Anyway most of the people even fail to see it as an issue.

Not only referral would be abused, but also those promotions. I just found many guys won't  a lot Gh and Mh from zeus through their referral and promotion activities. Can't believe that they can earn money from this kind of trick

New Updated API

We are glad to announce some new features in our API. From now on, CEX.IO API is extended with such functions as:

Price Ticker — shows the real-time price.
Last Price — gives information about the price of the last executed order for each trading pair.
Converter — converts any amount of the currency to any other currency by multiplying the amount by the last price of the chosen pair according to the current exchange rate.
Chart — Allows building price change charts (daily, weekly, monthly) and showing historical point in any point of the chart
Order Book — shows all placed orders.
Trade History — shows user’s trade history.

Can you disclose from which exchanges average you are using and is a hourly or daily average? How exactly it is calculated? Do not you think you should put it in your T&C?  I think this is a very serious issue from the consumer's protection point of view. As you can see most of your customers are not even aware of what this is about and in what way it can affect their fees. And you claim you have 300k active accounts....

I do not use CEX because the GH/s prices there are way too high for me. I use kryptologika

I was just on the verge of dropping our project and investing all my bitcoins into cex.io GH/s. I am just waiting for that confirmation on how are you calculating the fees. The more questions I ask the less responses I get.
