And just to say further, I personally still believe that the team will definitely fix all the issues, and return back to their normal mode of operations again, what I am suspecting is that, maybe they have some internal issues which has really affected the mode of operations in the backend.

Yes, they are solving everything and solving it slowly to be able to restore their reputation. Yes, they are solving everything and solving it slowly to be able to restore their reputation.
