Well, now it seems like all withdrawals have this issue, but not for every user.
See one post above yours with a new screenshot.

Yes, there is definitely an issue, but as we mentioned before it's not surprising, we saw it coming months ago.

What's next? who knows.
The instant withdrawals are also affected since several weeks or even months, it's not new actually, I experienced it myself. I think people being able to get instant withdrawals without long manual reviews are just doing withdrawals for very small amounts they got from the faucet, less than 100k satoshis I guess. But for every customer withdrawing more than 1 mbtc(I guess) he needs to wait a manual confimation from whoever we know, in order to get his funds.

That might be true because my withdrawal was less than 100k Satoshis and so it might have been processed without any hassle.
We should find out if that's the case with others too ? Is there anyone who is trying to withdraw less than 100k Sats and is still facing issues.

If they really have such plans as ditching freebitco.in to focus and build ClubRiches and Dplay, wouldnt it have made more sense for them to announce this intention to the freebitco community here, then specify a time period which customers are allowed to withdraw/take out their funds from the casino, and there after, shut the casino(freebitco.in) down for good?

I think they already started the ditch plan since the PR is already promoting Dplay instead of the regular Freebitco.in post that he is making on regular basis before the issue on this casino arise.

This proves that the original founders is already not working anymore on the casino probably there’s a new management behind since the lack of communication from them which is crucial is not done.

They didn’t bother to fulfill this simple request that makes this casino reputation still in gray area.


What doesn't make much sense is that they are trying to link Dplay from this thread, which has an active newbie flat warning, and all the freebitco.in red tagged representatives. If I wanted to do that I would do it differently but that's up to them.

Is there anyone who is trying to withdraw less than 100k Sats and is still facing issues.
I think you missed some of previous posts. The withdrawal can still be flagged as suspicious to be reviewed manually, even if the amount is less than 100,000 sat.
Get-Paid.com requested to withdraw 0.00063209 BTC which was less than 100,000 sat.

So far I haven't heard any good news from freebitco.in other than just the appointment of one of the new users to the customer support team. CSFBC is my intended user, but it feels like there are still a lot of unresolved issues based on what I've read in other threads.

Then I found a PR account promoting a different casino that might be a casino they were developing, but if the freebitco.in issue wasn't resolved, then that casino's reputation wouldn't be as good as expected. People will consider the risk of making a deposit because the casino is owned by the same person. But anyway, I still hope that freebitco.in will return to normal and solve all its issue.

And just to say further, I personally still believe that the team will definitely fix all the issues, and return back to their normal mode of operations again, what I am suspecting is that, maybe they have some internal issues which has really affected the mode of operations in the backend.
Well, what ever be the case, I am still looking forward to a better freebitco future than it is now.
Yes, they are solving everything and solving it slowly to be able to restore their reputation. Maybe there are some people who still don't feel confident about this site, but by solving all the cases, of course this will return this site back to normal mode, since the problem occurred and Thequin was inactive. that there may be internal problems that we don't know about and the only way is for them to solve their internal problems so it requires patience to get a response from them to solve the problems we are experiencing.

So far I have never had any problems on this site and I can still withdraw my money from free income from this site, there is no delay in withdrawals but there may also be some cases of late deposit processes and also other cases, but slowly everything the case is solved and there is also a replacement for Thequin in this thread so that he can solve and respond to every complaint and case from other users in this thread, I don't pay too much attention to their problems because not all the cases they write about are based on screenshot evidence, but That doesn't mean I don't trust them, but at least all the problems have been solved slowly, it all takes time and patience too.

To be honest I think the flag is maybe not related (or not only at least) to the amount witdrawn but it is related to the balance of the account actually. So if the balance of the account is quite high then every withdrawal requests will be manualy reviewed to avoid any hack to succeed. It's a kind of manual protection allowing a human to double check if anything is right with the account and the withdrawal request. It's not a bad thing if the website is currently undergoing hacking attacks from unknown people. At least they are sure that quite important accounts are safe.

I don't have any hopes left for Freebitco.in, not anymore. FUN token failed and instead of profit, it brought liquidation for everyone, Freebitco.in is left without support and no one cares about what happens to the website except their PR which only posts beautiful graphics of promotions. Check the last time wetsuit or TheQuin visited this forum, this will give you the best answer. Freebitco is officially abandoned.

If there is any hope that remains, it's that they'll focus on ClubRiches and Dplay to build a good casino.
Possibly you are right. I remember freedoge.co.in, which also belonged to freebitco.in, was abandoned for a while before being finally shutted down. The site remained alive for a long time, but on its final moments there wasn't anything new being added there anymore, while freebitco.in continued receiving new updates and features.

Then the representative of their services finally came out and told the website was unprofitable, so it didn't make sense to keep that alive anymore, being their final decision to finish the DOGE faucet.

Maybe history is repeating itself. Before finally finishing it, they have to wreck it first. You are totally right by saying no one is caring for freebitco.in anymore. Yeah I second this. I don't see support doing anything, site seems to be getting worse (constant bad gateway errors) and support just non-existent again.
I would say that if they cared, even the PR would see what's being written, talk with some of the team, and come here and explain the situation. But, as you can see even after countless complaints and disappointments, the only message from the PR (which I am sure the only thing they are allowed to share) is marketing stuff. If I worked for them, I would be getting paid, unless it's some automatic payment, then I would try to find a way to contact them and let them know what is going on here.

I still think that bitcointalk isn't as big as we think it is, and that means they may not be checking here, and you may feel like they left the website completely, but I  bet that people are still gambling a lot and making them profit, so they are still getting richer.

The last time I posted here 3 weeks ago, I said already to the owner, you guys didn't listen to us, and as a result hired some guy to do support who clearly was out of his depth. Didn't even know the forum rules, and then since replying to me, has never come on to say anything (but was last online 2 days ago).

You guys need to start paying attention to us users if you really want to save the site.

Lots of people still complaining regarding on their different experiences on their casino so its really better if they show up and clear all those allegation against them if they still care their reputation. People still believe that this casino still a good one since for sure that they provably won't ruin their reputation just like that. But if they continue to ignore those accusation and let people think whatever they want against them then provably that gamblers interest will slowly fade out and people will lose their trust on their casino.

We see that accusations are still posted and seems there's still an issue on their casino so let see if there's further more development will happen or we could able to see a major fall down of one of the oldest casino exist in this platform.

That's certainly a bold claim especially given no evidence that any web server/site security audit was ever performed. It's not difficult to publish a report.

Without doubt, many are indeed aware that attacks have and continue to take place.

In February there was a published major DDoS attack on the site.

In March, April and May users began reporting individual attacks on their accounts resulting in substantial funds lost.

Recently another unspecified event, possibly a suspected attack caused an email backlog.

Currently more unspecified events or further suspected attacks are causing server issues including bad gateway errors.

It appears more and more users are reporting delayed withdrawals due to manual payment reviews, no doubt because attackers were recently targetting individual account funds.

All these incidents could be false flag operations designed to show cause as to why the site should no longer continue to operate and thus terminate its existence. In other words, freebitco.in could be staging its own demise.

Some have drawn a correlation between the attack on the high rollers, the wagering contest winners, and TheQuin's sudden departure.

Some have voiced concern regarding a large volume of Fun tokens being sold by freebitco.in which significantly impacted the price.

Some have questioned recent large transactions occuring on freebitco.in wallets.

Some simply seek transparency, however, it is clear, given the regular speculation about operations, the uncertainty in regards to the future, vague explanations about site issues,  and unfulfilled promises of a professional support team,  that transparency is not a priority.

Whatever is going on, it's not leaving a good impression. And this impression will ultimately reflect on dplay and club riches

Still can’t log in for two days. It shows incorrect login data, but nothing has been changed. I even tried to reset the password, this does not work either. I contacted support at the email support@freebitco.in and received no answer, it must be an internal problem. I only use the site to stake some FUN tokens and find it sad that there is no transparency regarding the current problems.

Sad to see the state of this site. The last time I posted here 3 weeks ago, I said already to the owner, you guys didn't listen to us, and as a result hired some guy to do support who clearly was out of his depth. Didn't even know the forum rules, and then since replying to me, has never come on to say anything (but was last online 2 days ago).

You guys need to start paying attention to us users if you really want to save the site.

It seems like that account(CSFBC) was either created as a distraction or whoever was behind it just didn't get the job done. Either way, now their support account is getting useless as it ignores questions from the community just like TheQuin did before.
Honestly, I still can't believe they are being so careless with the community and just ruining their previously spotless 10-year reputation.

May be this is indeed an end for freebitco.in as they have stopped responding to user queries on this forum.
Although I didn't face any issue but as other users have mentioned about the said issues I couldn't resist but empty my wallet in freebitco.in.
I had to forcibly sell my FUN tokens at a loss and then withdraw my sats. I do wish that the conditions get better soon but I don't see that happening soon.
No response from anyone on freebitco.in is very bad to be honest. The userbase will drastically reduce on the site in the upcoming days.

The casino is still accessible though while there’s only few comcern mostly user that has a technical problem from the suspicious email that they open.

I don’t understand why a casino like this with huge stack of Bitcoin is struggling to hire a support and representative to actively answer all the question here to revive their dying reputation. It’s not that hard especially for their main members to step up here.

Those red tags on their account should be remain indefinitely until wetsuit or quinn comeback. But I really casino like this will end with this simple problem.

  • The cold storage wallet is still not officially disclosed, but a community member found this multichain portfolio, whose bitcoins didn't have much movement for ~a year until a couple of days ago. A good portion of the BTCs seem to have been converted to interest bearing ETH. (Is it an investment play? Are they risking our deposits? Nothing bad with a "side-hustle" with all that cash, I would just love some transparency)
    • The costumer support said that he would look into the status of upgrading the wallet system.


I'd like to also point out that the address is now empty of either Bitcoin or Ethereum.

They seem to have been funnelled to this address which seems to be the crypto exchange Bybit. They are cashing out?  Huh


I think everyone should try to cash out now too, if they haven't already... if the withdrawal are still working...  Undecided



For what it's worth, my withdrawal of the small change that I had left in did process without hiccups (instant withdraw)

Did you later buy FUN tokens again or did you decide to finally accept the loss? What percentage of loss do you have?
