alright so today is the first day that I face a problem with cloudbet , I placed a bet early this morning  under 2.5 on Deportivo La Coruna vs Real Betis and when I checked it back it showed that the bet was a push but the match hasn't even started
I don't know if that is a personal or technical problem cause I can't find any reason to refund the bet , it's only 8.4 mbtc bet so it's not even arbitrage

Edit : oh it's not even a problem , the match got cancelled before it even start so my bad

Did you get your Bitcoin refunded? Cloudbet is usually good with these things. I remember months back betting in a Tennis match and one of the Tennis players retired mid-match -I thought that my BTC was gone for because the match ended and the option for a draw wasn't available on the site only "X player wins or A player wins" I wasn't afraid though, I waited for the next move because Cloudbet is one of my favorite gambling websites.

I waited a couple of hours or so and my Bitcoin refund was found in my account.

One thing though, the mobile website just isn't my thing. I had to say it (didn't really want to). If they update that then they will have more people putting in BTC.

Did they give your bet amount back? If not, just send an email to the support, but CB is slow on support, and they don't solve complaints in the forum, withdraw your fund asap.

i did.they replied me now and already withdraw the fund.Its on pending right now.

I am sorry that you feel that way with Cloudbet.com. Cloudbet is pretty good with their payouts, if your withdrawal request was cancelled then there is a real good reason why it was. You could message support within the website by clicking the "Support" button on the bottom of the homepage (Sending an email to 'support@cloudbet.com' works as well).

To be more sure that your message gets received from the Cloudbet staff -post a message on this thread and PM them.

Most of the problems on this thread stating something like "Cloudbet doesn't pay" are people who tried to scam the website and got caught. If something doesn't work for you because of scamming, don't cry about it.

I wouldn't worry, the Superbowl was yesterday and many withdrawal requests was prolly sent in to them. Wait a little and you'll get the money.

Ps: Unless you are trying to receive a withdrawal for $1,000,000 then I would just try to wait. You shouldn't be betting with your last dime.

Cloudbet is a scam too, so that is why they have powered by betsoft too, you can check the recent complaints about no withdrawal payment, we need to be careful, to avoid more scams website. You can add cloudbet in your scam list too.

@danshan11. There are many open scam accusations towards Cloudbet. If you still not receive the fund yet, you should make a scam accusation too.

They have a curious Montenegro license. Their licensor obviously do not care about anything, as they allow to use the Betsoft scam gaming software.

Generally if you have profits here, withdraw it as soon as possible, or it may be late, they may be an exit scam like you said. My personal betting experience in Cloudbet was very bad too.

But OP's trust is still neutral, I don't know why, it is weird that a scammer has non-red trust.

I think that you might have made a post in the wrong thread. This thread is for Cloudbet.com not Direct Bet.

On a side note, I noticed that the website design for Direct Bet is pretty much the same as the one in Cloudbet (Left sidebar). Though the template is the same, I don't think that they are owned by the same company and as for the Super Bowl Li exit scamming situation -Cloudbet has been through Super Bowls before so I wouldn't see why this one would make a difference.
