Just horrible to hear that they are doing manual payments towards even their most loyal players who are using it.
You probably have a ton of loyality points and would be consider a VIP member account of theirs but now they are treating you like you just started out with using their service.
Really disappointing even a long running bitcoin casino are starting to not do what they are obligated to do in the first place.

Cloudbet always had manual payment from what i remember and they always had a problem when it comes to withdrawals as it took almost 24 hours for the amount to get through ,it is not limited to certain players,they threat everyone the same when it comes to withdrawals and they wont be changing that from what i understand.

From my experience Cloudbet withdraws are usually automatic/instant but when i'm requesting multiple withdraws periodically throughout the day, it gets stuck in "pending" for about 12+ hrs. sending support a ticket doesn't help. they just copy and paste a response saying all withdraws are subject to 24 hrs of delay. I just learned to make a withdraw once a day to avoid any downtime/delay/frustration.

Using cloudbet for high amounts over 2 years, but first time got manual payment, not automatic.

Happen to me, after withdraw 1 BTC ( auto ) and then request 5 BTC.

I prefer the fast payout site like Nitrogen, has no trouble to wait for 10 minutes withdrawal, much better than 2-24 hour withdrawal here.

I would prefer waiting 10 minutes in knowing I'm actually going to get paid today then waiting for 24 hours and possibly beyond that. Cause that would just be killing me if it was over 1btc I will be waiting a entire day to see if it will come in to my wallet or not.
The torture would be unbearable for some.
If Nitogen sports does this then I would rather go with them then cloudbet and know it could take that long if ever I would get my winnings or a letter telling me to resubmit my withdrawal because they screwed up or had to check something on their system. That would just piss me off even more!

Yes, CB covers most live betting because they use the largest data supplier. Nitrogen's live betting is the worst one.

Are you telling that they have a better live betting paltform and if that is the case i would try that out but when it tried to sign up all i can see is that they want to know all my details ,my mobile number,address ,postal code and so on,do i have to submit verification details too.If that is the case it is really bad to ask for a bitcoin based site.

bets are grading much faster than it used to be half year ago, from major tournaments in tennis faster than from ITF's, NBA is pretty slow.
Also there are a lot of options in live betting not only money line, much better than in bet-at-home for example...

but the only thing i'm worry about is my withdrawal
it's already 16 hours and as I mention before, it was always instantly, even few BTC which far better price.

i think you can skip that one and thats truly bad if they ask some personal information while registering at their site but in my experience i doesn't encounter that verification what you said and maybe that one is being brought up to the players who won huge money in their site. But if not well i fell bad for it and in that case i would not register there since we are bitcoin industry and we should be anonymous here.

one withdrawal have hash number and is marked as completed, but never appear on my wallet, also in blockchain transaction is not found by a hash,

I agree that they grade nba and esports pretty slow but the odds on live and pre live is good, the only thing they're missing is a live support. What makes me hate them is the limits that they have on esports, there's this one time that I only have like 0.03 left in my balance then the system says minimum bet should be like 0.04 but the faq says minimum bet is 0.001 which is not true.

ok, here some update;
I had

5 BTC withdrawal, 0.5 BTC withdrawal and 0.5 BTC withdrawal.

2x 0.5 BTC went on my ewallet today,
5 BTC still pending.

I played a lot today and we can consider it as my lucky day.
4 BTC left on cloudbet account for play for now,

another btc requested , 5 BTC and 4 BTC

total - 14 BTC, where 5 BTC is pending more than 24 hours.

Just let the Count begin monday - 24hours.

Their chat support sucks and im pretty sure that you will get a hardtime to get a words from them maybe you need to file a scam accusation so that your issue will be solve by them immediately. But if you can wait maybe you need to message them rapidly so that they can see that you are really pissed off for your problem who still occuring.
