I think what their support meant with "system" is that while the ball is spinning there's other factors to consider that changes the speed of the ball like the spin of the table, momentum,bounce ,etc. The dealer could try its best to launch the ball with a lot of power but you can't expect them to launch it with the same speed and the speed alone doesn't decide the outcome because there's also the additional factors.

This is probably because Cloudbet doesn't accept any players from the US (there might be some other countries as well) so there is no need to waste the campaign resources on those people.

Instead, they are targeting the Philippines, Indian, Russian and French boards where their main player base reside.

i think the participant can post outside local section but based on this post that you still can register if you not a local poster, and currently the signature campaign is paused for they to evaluate the result from this campaign

Minimum bet is too high. Right now it's $4.20, God knows what it will be tomorrow.

Nope, it did not end early. In fact, the Cloudbet signature campaign ended as original schedule. After four weeks, it ended in order to be assessed results, then if the Cloudbet team think that they got good resutls or got what they waited for, they might expand the campaign longer. Don't worry, there are chances to see Cloudbet campaign reopen next weeks (one or two). No doubt that the campaign will run for a short period of time,  but according to me it will really help to boost the site's traffic.
At this point of time,  the site really needed a good promotion kind of thing and signature campaign is the best thing for that.

Well, we have both consensus in what we talked about. And your right! Maybe, those who are not yet joining other campaigns may preserve their signatures. One month of advertising is a short period of time to have any major difference, but it will be a good introduction for the new users in the platform as it is one of the oldest sports book out there and they will not be having any shortage of funds but they need to analyse whether an advertisement here has made any signification difference in new users or plan any other marketing strategy to reach their goals.
