Hi all forummembers,

Does Cloudbet support reads/use this forum?

I logged in my cloudbet account via Facebook-login. My facebook account is linked to 3 emails. 2 i still use and 1 schoolemail wich i cannot access anymore.

When i gambled a bit and wanted to withdrawl my BTC, it sended an withdrawl confirmation link to.. you guess it.. the schoolemail wich i cannot acces anymore. So the withdrawl i cannot use anymore.

I asked support to change my email to some other email linked to my facebook account linked to my Cloudbet login, they told me that they "escalated it to the relevant team". This is been 4 days ago and had zero respons since then.

Does any Cloudbet support here can help me out or someone had the same situation?

you need to post photos of the conversations you had with the support of this casino

you need to post id of deposits you made in this casino

you need to post pictures of the withdrawal attempt you made

how long did you lose access to your email? I think your case could be very complicated since the support might think that you are not the owner of the account and want to steal funds from the original owner of the account, but since you have access to the account and email address maybe it would be the case for you provide them with all email addresses and including images that you do not have access to the school email

I see that some people regular appear in this thread who want to blame the casino Cloudbet. But they do not have any proofs and than they simply disappear without any explanations.

This is why playing on unknown casino just because they are offering a good bonuses is very dangerous.
In my previous opinion I did not say that a casino that engages in manipulation and fraud will rank highly.
But from my previous opinion I said that not all casinos commit fraud or manipulation and casinos that have a high rating of good trust and good reputation will not commit fraud or even manipulation because they guarantee and perform good service to users will attract more trust and gain users. loyal which will give you big profits at any time, so please understand in advance what I have said before.

Oh gosh, really 6 months? If I were you I might forget if I have funds on Cloudbet, not to mention if they have a rule of dormant fee for inactive account and ask for more times since few casinos doesn't promise the case will be solved based on their beginning estimation. Any of Cloudbet's gambler need to be very patient because some casino doesn't want to accept bad words and it's might one of their rules.

This is very unusual, when I read your post I thought you meant cloudbet will take a look at your betting history during the previous six months and take a decision about your account, but it seems the support is actually going to take six months to give a verdict about your case, an amount of time which is simply too long.

I could get if they took a few weeks to solve a difficult case, but six months is simply too long as unless the amount you want to withdraw is quite high many people will just forget about it and assume they will never receive that money.

Cloudbet is on the market more than 10 years. It has a lot of users. May be that is why support works so slow. But 6 month to make decision is too long term.

the case experienced by @bachezy has often occurred in other casinos. but I agree with you, 6 months is a long time to withdraw funds that are not too big.
in every case the same as this that happened to other casinos usually with complaints of withdrawing funds above $ 15k and taking a long time at least 6 months even almost 1 year.
Cloudbet has been around for a long time and always solves problem after problem slowly and maintains the reputation of this platform by solving problems very carefully. maybe for @bachezy please be patient waiting for the decision from the Cloudbet investigation team. I'm sure if you don't break any rules, it will be finished quickly.

There are a lot of gamers in casino and all of them want to win money. But it is impossible to win the money for all the people. That one people will win the money other people must lose their  money. By such way casino works. That is why many people unhappy and some of them stop to play casino.

Most of user get surprised when their account restricted due to that reason are definitely not reading any rules which is clear written on their TOS. Then after than they blame the casino for what issue they faced so to avoid this much really better to read the rules first or if you are not sure about the words written better ask the support since from that they can get a good answer for the question they want to ask.

An account will be completely restricted to access the casino when he violates the ToS but in his case, He clearly just winning too much that’s why his account got a betting limit or simply casino just don’t want him to play in their sportsbook anymore without telling directly.
